I have been going here for years, but today was the last time. $32 for a car wash plus a $6 tip for a lousy outcome. The inside of the building is dirty and in disrepair. The mechanical wash was poor and the human detail was just as bad. All the windows were smeared with dirt that wasn't wiped off. The vacuuming was poor. read more

very dissatisfied with the service I received today. very rush, not thorough when drying. residue from towels all over my car. Half way cleaned my tires. what product used left stains on my car. Value was subpar today and not sure I would return which is unfortunate because I regularly go to this car wash. Find staff who take their job seriously and value customer service. My wife took her car Friday to the wash and when she came home she noticed that the left front wheel cover was damaged. the cost to replace this wheel over is over $100.00. She drove back and they told her to come the next day to talk to the owner. The owner would not accept the blame and to add insult to injury they did not clean the inside back window. read more

Had my cloth seats cleaned an after they dried, they were dirtier than they were before I took it there. After I paid 60. bucks just to go home and clean them myself. I WISH I would have looked at the reviews first. read more

I have tried The Royal Car Wash several times. I have been disappointed every time. I always give a company several tries. Yes the vacuum the inside and lightly wipe down the interior, but they don't complete the job inside or out. Today 6/7 I went in because I needed the bugs cleaned on the front of my truck. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO SPEND A LITTLE MORE TIME ON IT because of the bugs. Needless to say the front is still covered with bugs. Now , not as bad but not clean in any way! read more

I am so disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. After paying almost $30.00 and a $3.00 tip I had to ask the person that was drying my vehicle to wash the inside of the windshield. The outside was only done on the drivers side. The back window was neither cleaned inside or out. the deck lid was not dried. The grill was full of watermarks and wasn't wiped off. The running boards were soap spotted and looked absolutely terrible. I had just had my eyes dilated at the eye doctor and really didn't see how bad it was till today the next day. The people acted like they didn't care. I will never go back. Mikes cheapest wash does better, and cost a lot less. When I got there I told the attendant I was only concerned about the cleaning the outside and all the windows. I think he was the owner. He acted as if he didn't care. read more

I made an appointment for a full detailingdetailing interior detailing, upholstery and carpet cleaning, Windows cleaning, car wash and waxed and tire detailing. When I pick my car up I was so disappointed, carpet and seats not shampoo or clean. There was crumbs on seats and carpet. Truck have done. When I went in to ask if the work was done, I got a nasty attitude from the cashier. I was sad because you try to patronize black businesses and this what you get. I've wanted to try this place for awhile It's not the best car wash in my opinion and it wasn't that busy at all Prices are a bit more compared to others mine was close to $30 for there deluxe or ultra one plus the extra stuff I got. Driver side part of the windshield looks great but the passenger side is full of missed spots and streaks. Got charged for the trunk being vacuumed (I didn't mind) they didn't even open the trunk and I didn't notice until I was back home and it wasn't worth the gas to drive back. Radio and controls weren't even touched and had dust still on them. The side windows still had a lot of crude right at the top of them that you have to roll the window down to clean. As far as the outside it wasn't bad but could have been better I'd recommend just go up the street to Zipps Car Wash They don't clean the inside but they give you all the rags and spray cleaner for you to use and their vacuums (very powerful by the way) for free Staff wise they were extremely nice read more

I went to Royal Car Wash for the first time today and I am very pleased. They thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out. Unlike most car washers, they use different vacuum heads and there isn't a crumb left in my car. They did a royal job! I will definitely go back! read more

The facility is in need of a major facelift. The prices are very expense for the quality of work that was provided. After spending 15 dollars there was still crud on my floor mats and dust on my dash board! I would expect better quality services and attention to deal for the price. I support local business but will not return to Royal Car Wash in the future! read more

This car wash is horrible. My floor Matt's were dirty still, they literally spent 5 mins on my car, they didn't clean a certain part of my car I asked for. This has happened several times. When speaking with the manager not only did his attitude stink the employees as well. The owner never apologized nothing. This place is horrible. Don't waste your money time or energy. This place is a joke, right when you get there you can tell they just want to get your money and get out out as fast as possible with doing the least amount of work. I got their best package and my middle wasn't cleaned at all, inside of each door not touched , ha the "wheel cleaning" is a joke it's just a guy with a nasty sponge that goes around once, then hey are pulling the next car in behind your car so your guys cleaning start hurrying to finish your car.. then I call to ask hey wasn't this and this supposed to be in my package and the guy says yes. I very seldom go to an automatic car wash, I prefer to clean my cars myself. Over the course of a winter I will take both our cars there 2 or 3 times. Every time I have been there they have done an excellent job. Their Works package is comparable in price to Mike's with one very big difference. These guys also vacuum the interior, wipe down the interior, wipe the outside and inside of the windows, wipe down the wheels and the door jams. There are newer and more modern places to get your car washed but you really do get more for your money at Royal. read more

Went in today for the first time for a quick car wash. The building wasn't great, but in the end I wasn't paying for the looks of the building. I was paying for a clean car... and that's what I got. It was very reasonably priced and I received a fantastic result. Cleaned dashboard, cleaned and hand-dried car, vacuumed car with floor mats pulled and garbage removed from cup holders. They cracked the side of my driver side view mirror. It was not like that when I took it there. The manager comes out, look at it. Say they couldn't have done it and went back in. It's my driver side, so ain't no way I wouldn't have noticed it before then. Just be wise going to them. read more

I took my car to Royal Car wash on a Sat. To have it detailed. I wanted to make sure I received the best so when I made the appointment I asked what it included she she that carpets would be shampooed,under the hood would be cleaned ,washed and waxed and the inside along with my leather interior would be conditioned for 170. I called on the following Wen to see if it was done and the woman who answered the phone rudely said I called you yesterday so I verified the phone number I had left (which was correct and by the way I had no missed calls). I was on vacation so I sent my daughter up to pick my car up on that same day and she parked it in the garage until I got home. When I drove my car the 1st time I noticed some places which was not cleaned and then my granddaughter which was in the back seat put down the console which opens and you can put you drinks in it was still dirty and still had some garbage in it so I'm sure they didn't even look at that and I'm pretty sure my leather seats were not conditioned. I will not recommend this place any longer. Very disappointed with how my car turned out. I will be taking to have it detailed once again this coming week!!!! read more
