There is many areas where the kids can enjoy and spark those interest. Nice swings and slides. Trash is picked up pretty well here. Water fountains work sometimes . It is quiet and nicely tucked away in an area of Duncanville that no one knows about (until now...I may regret this...lol). My dog takes me for walks here at least once a day. She LOVES it here! There is a neat little playground that is very well shaded so it stays cool. Me and my dog love the place! It is our little home away from home.

The sidewalks are paved well and a few walls around will help you work up a good sweat. Not very crowded usually which I like, and convenient for family walks .
