He never once dismissed me or rushed me. Demonstrating a true concern for his patients is an attribute of Dr Grover. I had a friend also see Dr Grover regularly and he went into the ER with a health scare. Dr Grover called him on his cell phone and walked asked to talk to the ER doctor on the phone. Ever since then - he has continued to be a great doctor and I see him on everything from my annual physical to the typical issues, bumps, bruises, and illnesses.

She is also dedicated, last Friday she called me at 6:15pm to personally walk me through a recent blood draw, patiently spending nearly 20 min on the phone answering my questions and proactively asking me questions based on our last visit. I went in with a sore throat and was swabbed for COVID and strep, had a brief conversation with a PA and left with an Rx for steroids. The bill was $638. It cost $250 to walk in the door, the conversation with the PA was an additional $88, and the COVID swab alone was $250. It was billed as PCR (it was not, results were available within 10 minutes). After multiple phone calls and emails, the consensus with their outsourced billing department is that they don't know what they providers charge for and the consensus at the urgent care is that the rates are set by the outsourced billing department. No one reached back out to me. I don't even care that I waited 2 hours past my appointment time. I just can't understand how I could owe them almost $200 for such basic services when they already received well over $400. I would recommend asking them to run the numbers on anything they offer to do- could have saved several hundred dollars by letting them know I already tested negative for COVID at home on a $7 test.

I don't…read moreintend to just trash someone's reputation with what I'm saying--I want to provide my experience as a warning to others. I was very sick and came to Dr. Martin for help. The only thing I would say I truly benefitted from was the micronutrient testing, which I could've gotten at any regular doctor. I felt somewhat confident with her during our first few meetings, until I looked into the book she assigned as some homework. It is written by a quack called Dr. Gundry, who went on air and said that SMOKING CIGARETTES is good for you and prolongs your life. She also pushed her political beliefs on me and went on a roll about how she believes in RFK Jr's vaccine policies and how he would be great for president because of that. RFK Jr is antivax and thinks vaccines cause autism; he's a quack and a fraud. It just makes me not trust anything else she says when she promotes these hack "science" beliefs. I want to cry thinking about how much money I wasted, several thousand as she doesn't take insurance. It's so frustrating.
