The chicken comes out in fried perfection smoking hot (careful here because you're going to really want to take a big bite but that will require skin grafts to the roof of your mouth)... the product cooks in just a few minutes and it's not at all greasy even though it was just in a vat of molten cooking oil.. the obviously hand cut fries were pretty epic too with some very fine house made brown gravy... you'll probably wonder why you ever had KFC. Chef Doc squarely falls into the category of being a 'character'...
