Not to sure what I did to this counter person, but apparently it brought about an attitude from her . Second: When did KFC only offer extra crispy in thighs and legs? This was a bit of a shocker, and of course, I'm there on a Wednesday 6:15 pm and I have to wait 10 minutes for this request? No thanks! Third: The cleanliness of this store was horrible, not a clean table in the store. Fourth: I purchased a 14 piece bucket, the size of the chicken was ridiculous for the price I paid (a little over $41). The breasts were smaller than the thighs and the meat on the breast and legs were a joke. See the pictures, it's a joke! Lastly: possibly because of the size of the chickens the breast and legs were dry. The thighs were the best piece of chicken in the bucket. Time to start banning Fast Foods, there's no more value in this crap! Shame, shame, shame.

The drive through clerk asked if I would like to buy a bag. I said "yes, I guess, if that is the new rule". Saw 2 bags go on the screen and then the screen get cleared very quickly. I asked to see my receipt at the window, and sure enough, there were 2 bags billed. I asked why they would ask me to buy one bag and then bill me for 2. The manager offered me one bag refund. Then they hand me 2 bags, very loosely packed. Our usual order, and it always fits in one bag, usually with an extra McNuggets on top for the kid. Pretty shady McDonalds. Great way to maximize on the new government rule, and make it more profitable for you. Please watch what they charge. Things are too expensive to be paying for unnecessary charges.
