Years ago this vet office was amazing but it has gone so downhill over the last five years. The Vets themselves are okay but the office staff are truly awful. It is often difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, when they do it's typically a long wait. If they say they'll call back, they don't. The last two visits they've written down the wrong reason causing confusion for us and the Vet. They can never find our chart despite my name changing 4 years ago and filling out their paper for the update three times. Every visit is a new frustration, save yourself and go somewhere else. read more

I would not recommend this vet office to anyone. My husband went in to get heartworm medication and paid over $400 for a 6 month supply. I hit the roof when I found out how much he was charged. You can get en entire year of the same medication for $389 on Chewy. Thus office us in the price gouging business. I would give them negative stars I would. read more

I am so grateful for Roxy Ann. My sweet baby (cat) was not okay and I called and they had me come right in 30 minutes later. They were so kind and did all the things and figured out he had a bad UTI. They fixed him right up and he's back to his normal self. The prices were so much more affordable than other places I've been and didn't make me actually cry when I got the bill. Dr Starnes and Dr Engeset (spelling?) are so loving and compassionate towards their patients. Our family starting taking our pets to Ned Starnes in 1961, when he passed away, his son, Kevin Starnes took over with the same compassionate care that his father offered. I've witnessed 61 years of excellence. I still drive from Portland to Central Point for my dog's annual check ups, vaccinations and dental hygiene. Dr. Starns is a ok vet, I thought he used to be great but he just keeps telling me things are wrong with my 15 year old toy poodle, and keeps trying to convince me to put him to sleep. 1 he told me he had a tumor in the roof of his mouth, 2 he tells me he has a tumor in his ear! I decided to take him to another veterinarian for a second opinion . My baby's new vet actually called and talked to me! I was shocked! We had a very nice conversation and she told me that my sweet boy is in really good health! He is also TUMOR FREE!!! I won't ever go back to Roxy Ann Veterinarian Hospital you don't even get to talk to the doc you have to deal with the vet tech, don't get me wrong, most of them are AMAZING! There is this one tech that is very rude and treats me like crap ever time I am in there! Last week I had to put my 15 year old yorkie down, her and my little poodle were best friends and I told the tech that my baby had passed away and I was worried cause he wasn't eatin, she full on looks at me and says oh ok well Whatever!!! The staff and the vets here are amazing, kind and help with our animals as if they are their own. We've been with them for years since another vet just brushed us off with an issue. Worst and most heart breaking experience!!! My dog was very sick, and being unable to get him into our usual vet, All Creatures, we were recommended to Roxy Ann. Absolutely the worst decision we could have made!! The doctor told my husband that our dog was very sick and he thought he had severe diabetes and that he may not make it. They admitted our dog on Friday, I called on Saturday to check on him and got the answering service (During open hours!!!). The lady told me that "No news is good news" And the doctor will call me if there is any change. REALLY??? You have my VERY SICK DOG, and you're not gonna to contact me and let me know how he's doing?!?! I again received NO CALL on Sunday. Monday morning My husband drove down there to check on him, where he was informed that our dog had passed away!!!! No call....nothing!! We had to go to them to be told we lost our dog!! My husband asked if he could take care of the bill, but he was told that they didn't have the total yet. She then asked if we wanted his ashes. So my husband said yes, we did. But thats not the end of this hell.. 3 days later I still heard nothing from them...BIG SURPRISE! So I called them..again...To see when his ashes would be ready. She then tells me "Your bill needs to be paid before we can even cremate him". My husband tried take care of the bill and WHY have I had NO CALL??!?! So my dog had been sitting down there in some freezer I assume, and how long would he have say down there if I didnt call THEM?!?!? My husband took care of the bill and they said it would take a week to get his ashes back. Oh but wait...that's STILL not the end.. 2 weeks later I still heard absolutely NOTHING from them. So again, my husband goes down there, where my dogs ashes were just sitting there. Would they have EVER called us??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...If you ove your fur babies, DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!! I absolutely love the staff here at this vet! They did the ear cropping on my Doberman Koda and did a outstanding job. I drove 3 1/2 hours one way just to get it done by them. They were very professional about it and they took the time to educate me about how they do their ear cropping procedures, as well as they do a great job at judging the body structure for the perfect crop. read more

(I have been going to Roxy Ann for 18 years, and until recently things were fine. Recently I have had issues with a couple of the office staff. Yesterday morning I called and asked for the doctor to write a prescription for Scooby , evidently they were very busy and they would have the doctordo that and they would call me. I also asked them to make an appointment for Scooby for his next check in two weeks, and for one in six months which the doctor had requested. I waited for someone to call me when the prescription and the appointment cards were ready, which they said they would, they did not. I phoned the next day and was told they couldn't make appointments for the next year. I went to Roxy Ann to pick up the prescription and low and behold they wanted to give me the pills not the prescription. I asked if I could come back laterto pick up the prescription, and she said yes and someone else will deal with you. (that was my fault?????? I was a little upset at her attitude) This is not the first time I received confusing information from the office staff. FURTHER TRAINING NEEDED!! read more

I am absolutely 100% pleased for Roxy Ann. I changed from another vet's office (vet retired, and I didn't like the new one), and found not only was it cheaper, it was better! They take wonderful care of my pets. Not one employee has ever been unprofessional or anything but kind. Both vets are wonderful and take the time to explain and don't hurry. When one of my dogs needed to be put to sleep the doctor was so kind and did it right there, telling us each step and what to expect. It was very comforting, as usually I let them take the pet to the back without me. My dog loves it so much he get excited when we drive past, so I have been known to stop in for him to say "hello." He would stay all day if he could! And that's a dog that needs a lot of blood tests and meds. read more

I want to say how AWSOME "Cara" is at Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital. I called earlier today (Saturday) and needed to have my 2 year old Basenji looked at for a severe allergic reaction. She went above and beyond by trying to help me, unfortunately they were overbooked for the day and could not see my poor little guy. However, she gave me options of other Vets that might be able to help us. If this Young Lady is any indication of how their entire staff is, Don't hesitate to call them. Monday late afternoon I brought my very young bunny, Linny, into Roxy Ann Veterinarian. I wasn't sure if he was injured, had a seizure, was ill or one of the other countless possibilities, so my four children and I quickly rushed him to the nearest vet. The receptionist/vet tech took him back immediately. When she returned a few minutes later she said that Linny had a broken neck, most likely from a sibling fight, and would need to be euthanized. She went on and on about how rabbits are not social animals and need to live in solitude. We have been been rescuing and caring for rabbits for years, and that is far from the truth for the majority of rabbits. While a fight between the very young bunnies was a small possibility, I was shocked at how uneducated she was on rabbits, and kept trying to feed me false information. At that moment I brushed it off and just wanted to focus on Linny and providing my children with emotional support. I was heartbroken and, but wouldn't think of letting him suffer. She said she gave him a sedative so he wouldn't be in pain, handed me two forms to fill out and said she would let me know when the doctor was ready. She was fully aware that my children and I wanted to tell Linny goodbye and let him know how much he was loved. The five of us waited in the reception area, tears in our eyes, anticipating one last goodbye. She returned approximately 15 minutes later directing us to the front counter. On the counter was a box with our Linny in it, already euthanized. My stomach sank. I asked her why she did it without our consent, why she didn't have us come back when the doctor was ready, and reminded her of our conversation just 15 minutes prior. She just kept replying with nonsense " I didn't know..." "I thought...". Another receptionist/vet tech that was listening to the conversation rushed to the back, returned minutes later and directed me to leave. They knew they were in the wrong, and did not take a single ounce of responsibility. No one apologized, and the veterinarian did not even have the decency to come out from the back. There was nothing I can do to change that Linny had to be euthanized, but the manner that it was done is completely unacceptable. I have never come across such irresponsible, disrespectful, and careless veterinary care in my life. The bottom line is that they took a life without proper consent, and have left a family in despair. Please think twice before coming here and placing the life of a loved one in their hands. read more

So where to begin with this veterinary office I've had five dogs that I've had as patience with this company and have been uneasy since our oldest dog went there and came back with a hernia as though he was dropped no one said anything about it but he had a bulging hernia when we brought him home. We have been reluctant to take our other animals there and every time we call to make an appointment the phones are busy there's no one to answerer the phone the phones are turned over in the in the evening to an answering service and at 8 AM in the morning their office is this supposed to be open they don't turn their phones over for about an hour the doctor doesn't want to show up till 10 AM which gives you a smaller window to have your animal taken care of. I called yesterday for one of my older dogs it was coughing and hacking up White stuff they told me they had no appointment and couldn't see her and then they call back tomorrow so at 8 AM when I called no one answers the phone except their service and no one cares about my animal clearly. So when I drive to their office this morning to see if they can get her in because they said they would look at her between appointments. I go in there and tell my dismay with their service I tell them I'm not happy that their phones are not turned over in a proper time that they haven't communicated with me in any way about my dogs upcoming vaccination with an friendly post card. They don't do nothing to help me as a customer they just expect me to come in whenever I need and that's it they don't communicate with me they don't send us vaccination reports or reminders of when your dog should be vaccinated they don't even have a computer system they do everything hand written. Then I was called at 10 o'clock this morning by the staff to tell me that they're refusing service to my pet and refusing to give me the records of my animal because they don't like that I said something bad about their practice. So if I had to make a recommendation I would recommend nobody take their animal to this office because all the doctor had to say was he was more concerned about his staff being informed that their business practices were awful. He said I have no right to talk about their service that I shouldn't talk to his staff that way so clearly he cares more about his staff then he does your family pet. Do yourself and your pet a huge favor and steer clear of a veterinarian office who doesn't care about your pets well being. read more

One of my elderly residents took her dog to this vet. She was quoted a price but they failed to adequately explain the total charges. I called to discuss with them and was met with an employee who should never handle customer issues. She talked over me and wasn't interested in listening. Please go to All Creatures if possible...my cat, my baby, was in here over 2 weeks, had needless procedures I was told "He has to have if you want him to live" long story short, my baby died. No compassion. Other than they will cremate him. I should have took his body home and gave him a proper burial. For all I know he was just dumped in the trash. It makes me sick and to this day I can't drive past this place without wanting to spit out my window. Unnecessary and too much being put under was what his body couldn't handle. WORST EXPERIENCE AT A VET EVER!!!!! I never write bad reviews I just ignore it but this is my exception. Do not under an circumstances take your Furbabies to this vet! The staff is terrible, even just trying to call them to get them on the phone (the are not busy, as I have sat in there and watched them on their cell phones) and when you do get them on the phone they place you on hold for 15 minutes. I took my two heeler pups in to start them on the every 3 week shots and the vet asked me to bring in a stool sample and I was told everything looked great. My male dog was so sick 3 days later with an incredibly large amount of worms. I know this wasn't the vets fault as most litters of puppies get them but he did tell me the stool sample didn't show anything. At the 6 month old mark I took them in for a spay and neuter, rabies, license and microchipping. They asked me to not give them any food/water and bring them in at 9 am the following day. I called at 4 to check on them and was told that neither had undergone surgery yet but they would be getting to them soon. I called back at 6 and one of my dogs was in surgery. Had I know that they would not undergo surgery until that late in the day I would of kept them comfortable at home with me. Also, I am no vet but the idea of my pups not having food or water from Midnight to 6 PM (18 hours) upset me. They kept my dogs overnight and by 11 the next day I couldn't wait any longer and called. "Yep they are sitting here been ready for a while" My dog had a complication during the surgery as her uterus was attached to her kidneys. They made it seem so simple, nothing to worry about. I checked the box marked give my dog pain meds but I didn't receive any or a cone. I bathed them the night before, they smelled great and were soft and clean. When I picked them up they smelled like they had been on the bad end of a dirty shelter for 6 months. They smelled so awful! I was told I cannot bathe them for 2 weeks because of the stitches. My male dog didn't have any problems but my female wasn't doing so well, she was in a lot of pain and couldn't get comfortable and I didn't like the swelling I was seeing around her large stitch area. I took her back to the vet and they wanted to take her back without me? I said no I am staying with her and I had to wait a wile. I was told that "they have never seen anything like this, it's only in text books and have done 1000 of spay/neuters" Why wasn't I told this when I picked her up? Or given antibiotics for preventative measures? They then tried to charge me $25 for some amoxicillin and said that she looked ok. I then asked for my vet records and they didn't want to give them to me right away! I got them, didn't take the medicine and took my dogs to a completely different vet. I am incredibly disappointed as this vet was recommended by a family in law member. A mutual acquaintance from high school even works there-she is the only one worth talking to at this place. This was the worst vet experience I have ever had and I come from a large ranch on the coast and have taken many animals, big and small, to the local vet office and have never had an experience like I did at Roxy Ann. read more

Un-professional! Talking about the girl who use to work here and why she got fired? Should not be in front of customers? I don't appreciate the attitude that was given , I worked for a vet and I know how it is, this is not except able behavior just because the vet doctor is not in. These girls must be watched at all times! I told them my kitten was 10 weeks and they said he couldn't get dewormed, and I argued that I am pretty shure they can anywhere before 8weeks please ask your higher authority. And they said "oh yea" Not coming here again! Please is we are paying vet pricing I except the attitude to match our bill! read more

I have been very pleased with this veterinarian. They have treated my four dogs well. They have given my old Australian Shepherd a new lease on life and I think I will get to enjoy his company for a year or two longer. They spayed my Aussie girl and they have treated my Chihuahua and Jack Russell as well. The technicians are always good with my dogs and the vet takes time to answer questions and address concerns. I found him to be very compassionate. They would have gotten five stars but they seem just a bit disorganized and even though I can get prescriptions filled for less online and sometimes at a pharmacy they seem reluctant to write a prescription. I think prescriptions must be a good money maker for them. read more

Did not have a good experience here. My lab developed a UTI, which we noticed on a Saturday when he had blood in his urine. I searched for the closest vet that was open on a weekend and found this place. I brought in a urine sample and was told they would call by 10:30 with results. I didn't hear back so I called them and they told me what I already knew, he had a UTI. They advised that he have a full blood panel because he is an older dog. They couldn't do it same day, being a Saturday. I was appreciative that they were even able to run the urine sample and give an Rx for antibiotics. The vet even came out when I picked up the Rx and told me how concerned he was about liver function, kidney function, etc. given that my dog is 10. I made an appointment for him to come back later that week for lab work. My husband and 3 year old daughter brought him in for his scheduled appt and they had no record of it. My husband told the woman at the front desk that we had been in a few days prior, she wrote something down on a piece of paper and walked away. She returned to the front desk and her and another employee proceeded to ignore my husband, daughter, and dog for the next 20 minutes, making every effort to look 'busy'. No explanation, nothing. I get that mistakes happen when you use paper records and scheduling. But an apology, an attempt to reschedule, or some sort of acknowledgement would have been nice. By husband ended up just leaving without a word from any of the employees. Now we can't get my dog in to another vet for another 10 days. Very frustrated that his care is now delayed and that no one even attempted an apology or explanation. read more

The vet was polite and took his time examining my dog. It was less expensive than I expected, I think my old vet charged way more than the going rate! The facility is clean, the people friendly. NEVER GO TO THIS VETERINARIAN OFFICE!!! My dog's regular vet office is All Creatures Animal Hospital - she was diagnosed with bone cancer almost two weeks ago but Friday afternoon she started going downhill. Then Sunday (yesterday) she was lying on the living room floor and she couldn't get up. I knew that it was time to put her down and even though I could've taken her to All Creatures to have her taken care of, I didn't have the heart to put her in more pain by moving her around (she's 60 lbs). I tried looking for a veterinarian that made house calls and saw that Roxy Ann was the only one around so I called the phone number for "Emergencies" ...that person told me the on-call vet was out of town for a week!! I was trying to tell her that the website says they make house calls even outside of business hours, especially for animals who needed to be put to sleep. So basically, she said she didn't know anything and she's not exactly associated with them it's just that she's the answering service during non-business hours. So I though, okay, I'll just call them in the morning because it seems like the people at the vet's office would be more understanding about it...was I wrong! I called them this morning, a little after eight o'clock, explaining that my dog had been lying on the floor for about 24-hours - she was so weak she couldn't even lift her head, I had to hand feed her, use a silicone funnel to give her water, and put a dust pan at her back end so she could use the bathroom...YES THAT WEAK!! She said the same freakin' thing! The vet that made house calls wasn't there for the week but that she could ask the other doctor when they got there (I know, they open at eight yet the other doctor wasn't even there yet???) I said, okay, how much does it cost to come to the house and do this...by the way I live two miles from the office. She said, it's going to be $375 for a house call. Yep! That's not a typo!! I said "are you kidding me!!??" Then hung up. I called another vet's office and pretty much had the same astonishing experience with them. So, I decided to call Roxy Ann again because their website also says you can take your dog to the office and they'll come out the examine your pet in the car. I called and asked about that, I was calmer this time, and they said - yes we do that. I asked how much that would be...$175 !!! Are you kidding me??? These people are all about money and they don't give a damn about your pet. My dog has been in my life for almost 13 years, through the ups and downs so she's not just a dog to me, she's my family and my life. If you love your family member and you want to take the pain away from them, DO NOT take them here. These people prey on those of us who are vulnerable and want the best for a animals. read more

I take my dog with a very bad ear infection, the vet take a look and he said she need a ear flush and they did. He find a large fox tail and I'm so glad he take care of her in the same day. 1.0 star rating 6/20/2019 I need to share our nightmare with Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital Central Point Our little dog needed to see her Vet. They were booked up for a week and couldn't see her. So I had to find a Vet that could see her that day, I called Roxy Ann Veterinarian, (worst thing I could have done) They got her in and our nightmare began, Looking back now We realize we should have grabbed our little girl and ran, The Vet came in the room with his head down said how's it going, he didn't introduce himself or even look at us he just walked up to our little girl and started looking at her, He gave us to options on what could be wrong with her, a syst on her leg or a tumor on her leg, he decided to sedate her and lance the swollen area to see what it was, and at that time I told the Vet that she won't be spending the night there for any reason. We agreed to his decision and was told to come back around 5:00. I called before going in just to check, at that time a Tech is telling me that what she has is a Hematoma and they can't control the bleeding and I needed to consent to a clotting panel I said ok. I was told to come in and get her around 6:00. I picked her up she was all bloody on her underside, the gal said we tried to clean her up. I never saw the Vet. No one talked about what had happened in the surgery, I was just happy to be taking her home. She went to bed that evening she was fine, wagging her tail and smiling. In the early morning she died!! Why!!! I called the vet that morning and told them she had died; they were surprised but nothing was said about what could have happened. We waited all day for a call from the Vet to tell us what must have happened to her, no call ever came in. It has been 3 days now and not a word from this Man. This was the worst day in our lives our little girl had just turned 11, she died on her birthday and Why?! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PLACE! read more

I give this Vet a two star only because of Dr. Kevin Starnes, he has been nothing but wonderful. My husband took his dog to him for 13 years and I took my kitty to him for about 10 years. My complaint is with Jan Engeset. I have had a few experiences with him that made me want to request appointments when I could take my kitty in to see Dr. Starnes. I forgot to do that on my latest vet visit which was today. I went in to get a vaccination for my "cat". I told the receptionist when I made the appt. and again when I arrived this morning that I did not want a multiple vaccination given to my "cat". After Jan was finished inoculating my "cat" I asked him when I should bring him back in for the remainder of the vaccinations. He said "what remaining vaccinations?" I said that he needed more because the one he had today had three different meds in it and I didn't want him to have any multiple vaccines as his breed, Ragdoll, does not do well with them. My breeder told me to NEVER have multiples done. Dr. Jan told me its the same thing he's had in the past. And then Jan said HE'S ONLY A CAT!!!!!" NO, Jan, Buster is not ONLY A CAT, he is a member of my family. And as far as I'm concerned, if you look at Buster as ONLY A CAT, then in my opinion, you are in the wrong profession. I don't know if the vaccination my kitty was given today of Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici-Panlovkopenia and Chlamydia Psittaci, is a multiple vaccination. Jan said it's the only way this comes, so maybe I am misinformed, I'm not a vet, just trying to do what is best for my kitty. The way I and my kitty were treated today was completely unprofessional and thoughtless. I will be calling soon to have Buster's records transferred to a Vet that understands that someones kitty is not, "JUST A CAT." About 8 years ago we rescued a little dog, we had no idea how old shw was and she was a real Alpha. ANd we have always taken her to see Dr Stanrees and his staff at Roxy Ann. Dr Starnes has a way with animals, It is wonderful to know he comes with such expertise, education and knowledge. This "little free rescue" dog has come with her fair share of issues. She has had complicates surgeries, she gets all of her checks up and shots at Roxy Ann. Recently, she became very sick and I actually was preparng myslef and thought it may be the end for her. She stayed for over a week. I spoke to Dr Starnes or one of his staff every day. They always had time to talk to me, they let me come see her during "visiting hours" and they explained everything about the issues and the care she was receiving. BUT she got better and made a full recovery, I was so relieved. And I owe it to the care she got... I am certain of this. The STAFF loves her almost as much as I do and they always tell me how sweet she. On her overnights, they have special personnel that come in and take all the dogs outside and make sure they are resting comfortably (even on Saturdays and Sunday) Roxy Ann comes with old fashioned values and a histor that goes back to Dr. Starnes father. You don't find this longevity in many other service industries. Yes they are busy BUT I have never been put out or tuned away. I don't know about anyone else, BUT I find it comforting to know that I am not the only one that knows was a great place thi is to take your animals. read more

When our cat,Forks, had a blocked urinary track on a Sunday, my husband picked Roxy Ann Veterinary Hospital out of the yellow pages. When we called Dr. Starnes, he said to bring him in as soon as possible. We live one hour away from Central Point, Oregon but it was worth the drive. Our cat couldn't of been treated any better by Dr.Starnes or by his staff. And was not over charged by any means. A two years later at 5 a.m. we woke to find Forks very sick. We called Dr. Starnes at 5:15a.m. and he said to bring him into the hospital immediately. Needless to say, if Dr.Starnes will give our pets that kind of care, not knowing us, he has our business. read more

Horrible...Serious lack if compassion... I would never go back . I took our 12 year old much loved Rottweiler there to be put to sleep. This was one of the hardest things to do ever. He was in severe pain and could no longer stand or walk. He had been a patient at Roxy since he was a pup. I called prior to bringing him there and explained the situation and was told to bring him right down. I could not go. My son who was the true owner ( when he married and moved I couldn't part with the dog!) came and took him. when his wife and he arrived carrying the 120 lb plus dog they were sent into a room. They were told to just drop him off and they would get to him when they could. They refused and said they wanted to be with him in his final moment... They were not going to leave him scared and alone. The price for that was an extra fee. Yes they then had to pay another fee called a room fee to stay with him. They could have put him in a cage and when the vet had the time he would put him down. But since they wanted to be with him and the vet had to come in the room while they were there vs at his own convience ... they had to pay the extra room charge. I was told that they fit us in but had other patients in the waiting room who could have used the room we were using. WOW is what I had to say... obviously it's about getting pets in and out and collecting at the desk. A. Who just drops off a beloved pet to be put to sleep and doesn't stay with the scared pet? B. Where was the compassion from the staff at Roxy. It was just another day At the office . I personally am an RN and I was appalled at this whole scenario. When I called the next day and spoke to the office manager she said this was the usual practice. My pets are family and I know that is true for the majority of people. I would not tolerate this behavior from a physician for my family and I would never subject my pets to Roxy again. I will never recommend them nor would I ever take another family pet to them. Roxy Ann saved my cats life! I would never take my animals anywhere else. Dr. Starnes, Dr. Engeset, and all the staff there are amazing and treat my animals like there one of there own. My cat recently got very sick so I took her down to Roxy Ann she was taken back to have lab work and fluids started right away. She was kept over night and the next day I received a call that she was diabetic and had some liver issues. They made me aware that she was very sick but they would do everything they could to save her. She was put on medications and insulin immediately. She was there for a week with intensive care and pulled through! I believe this was all thanks to the amazing care she received at Roxy Ann. They showed such compassion for my family and cat during this hard time. We always get her diabetic food from them as well and they call in her insulin when needed. She was doing great for a couple months then out of no where on a sunday night after closing she became VERY sick. I called down there and Dr. Starnes was willing to meet me down there at night on his day off. He explained to me that her blood glucose had sky rocketed and she was on the edge of not making it much longer. He kept her and gave insulin and fluids and antibiotics. They let me and my daughter's come visit her everyday and reassured me they were doing everything they could. They sent her home christmas eve so we could spend christmas with her in case she didn't make it much longer. They took the time to show us how to give her fluids at home and her antibiotics and how to syringe feed her food as she was too weak to eat on her own. The day after christmas she started to finally get better and 3 days after that she was almost back to normal. She pulled through yet again thanks to Roxy Anns amazing care and compassion. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone who cares about there animals! Wonderful Doctors and staff! My family thanks them for everything! read more
