I wanted straps added to it and when I take it home and try it on (couldn't try it there because she was closing early to go to court for a traffic violation) one of the straps is sewed on twisted. The dress has a bunch of gems on it and a few were missing and a bunch loose. I take it back to be fixed. When I try it on at home the straps still aren't right. One is close to where the armpit is and the other closer to the middle of my back. I didn't want to eff around with this woman anymore so I fixed the straps myself. If you do buy from her, have alterations done elsewhere. Wish I could leave negative 100 stars

She let an employee who was off the clock cut the entire long lin so she could return clothes. That was the only time the old white women ever went to a register - to help an employee instead of a customer. She just sat on her phone while everyone else worked.
