Not a bad location for an old navy ,they have a decent selection of women clothes, flip flops, men polo shirts that only run in 2x mostly. If you want a bigger size you can ask the store to order it for you,and you can pick it up there.you also have 2 levels to shop on.I would say you a better selection of women clothes then men in this particular location. The store is crowded most of the times when I have been there, The check out line is always long,very slow cashier service. There seem to be a language barrier between staff and the customers ,Be aware of your surroundings up there, especially when leaving they have some weird folks up there, even some times on the inside of the store. read more

Honestly everything was fine up until i went upstairs to the kids section, i was looking through the sweatpants for myself and this worker idk her name but she was an older woman maybe like 60s and she had a red tshirt. She was extremely rude when all i was doing was looking for my size which was all the way at the bottom so i obv had to take off the top pants and i would fix them back cs i dont like leaving a mess, but she just kept following me and giving me dirty looks as though i was doing something wrong, i understand that working in places like this means to organize the clothing but she literally saw that i was trying to get the pants. I also asked her for help and she ignored me and gave me a dirty ass look, but she helped someone else ?! Overall js not good especially at her grown age and acting like that is just embarrassing. I stopped in today in search of a coat for my son since the weather will be turning soon. The location was well stocked, meaning, it didn't appear to have empty spaces. Both escalators were running, also a plus because sometimes the store staff turns them off. I went upstairs and saw two sales associate assisting an older woman shopping for a little boy about my son's age. It stood out to me because they walked to each display with her, offering suggestions and went with her to check out and kept her company while she waited. I don't know if there was more to the story there but it was a positive image nonetheless. I'm also pleased to report that they actually have scanners now. In the years that this store has been on Jamaica Avenue, I can't ever remember seeing multiple scanners on the floor. It used to be if you wanted a price check, you went to the cashier or you found an associate on the floor with a hand scanner. So that's a nice addition to see. The shelves and displays as usual were in disarray once you start walking away from the front of the store. I'm not blaming the associates but rather my fellow shoppers. (I used to be a Gap Inc. employee and actually trained at this store way way back when I was just out of high school heading to college. Once you straightened one unit, someone comes right behind and messes it up again.) So, lesson here, shop early when they first open. The line was quite long but they had a mobile cashier station set up for people such as myself paying debit/credit. That was a huge plus in my book because it lowered my potential wait time from 15 minutes to just 2 minutes. Will I shop here more frequently? Probably not, but that's because I'm generally not a Gap Inc. fan nowadays. But this location is larger than the Gap Factory Store down the road and you have a better chance of locating merchandise you are searching for. read more

I originally was going to order what I needed from Old Navy's online store but I decided to stop in and browse. I walked in and walked right out. Usually I avoid this place altogether because of the concert lines. You have to line up and wait to be called by a cashier. This location is understaffed and overwhelmed. I've never seen this place so unorganized. As you work your way further into the store you notice things are thrown all over. Articles of clothing on the wrong hanger. No one to really assist you unless you go to the dressing room. A complete and utter mess. I was in search of activewear and couldn't find one thing in my size. Everything was either way too small or way too long. Old Navy completely changed up their Go-Dry Compression line. What I picked up to be a large pair of compression leggings looked like an extra small. I had to double check the tag just to be sure my eyes were not playing tricks on me. I even went so far as to debating whether or not I could fit my behind into the pants and still be able to workout without passing out. read more

The service is decent, they have a good selection overall where you can find what you need, but the escalators barely work.

This location is not my favorite but it's certainly the most convenient and they do have the biggest selection of online items and dopest selection. As a teacher I have a strict budget. Shopping Old Navy allows me to be on trend without killing my budget. I love their cropped Diva Pants which are great for work and play. I can always find cute dresses for every season, cute layering pieces and lots of fun accessories. This location has 9 registers but the lines are always down the isles or the registers aren't properly staffed during peak hours. I wish they'd make a little more effort. read more

Today's experience was just horrible. Antoinette the manager was the main reason for my horrible experience. I purchased $126 worth of items. I wanted my purchase to be two transactions $76 and $50. Rather than allowing me to return it and repurchase the same items then and there. She said if I were to return it, I would have to go through the whole store again to pick out my same items. This is a waste of time for the customer and employees because they'll have to restock. No wonder the line is so long all the time. Rather than wasting the customers and employees time, they should be focusing their energy on customer service and reps working the register, this store can definitely make more sales. Instead Antoinette wants her employees to restock items unnecessarily. This was my first and will be my last time purchasing at this store because how horribly Antoinette handled the situation. Such a simple matter, just to return and repurchase, yet she was not able to handle it. If she can't handle that, how can she manage a store? I'm surprised there's still an Old Navy at this location with her managing this store. Stay clear, unless you want to stand in line for a long time and deal with reps trained and managed by an incompetent manager. read more

I have visited this location a couple of times in the past month. I can never find a salesperson. I have gone to other Old Navy and they have people to assit you on the floor and they constantly roam the floor room to offer assistance and advice. Here at this Old Navy do not expect anything of the sort. The clothing is in not organized nor is it folded. Its as if someone has just dumped it in a pile and its a free for all. The time to check out is tad bit long. There were 3 people in line and it took almost 15minutes. The check out personal are friendly from my experience. It's an Old Navy much like any other. I just stopped in here to browse & "it was okay" is the best way to describe it. Don't get me wrong. The prices are great. The store is pretty organized compared to the "sh*ttayyyyyy" stores in the area. The lines are typically long and they are always understaffed. I always go here when I need something quick. There are always sells and the girls that are in charge of the changing rooms / fitting rooms are usually as sweet as sugar. Some cashiers have VERY nasty attitudes though. One time I actually had to put one of the cashiers in their place because she was talking to me like i was a piece of.... you know what. I was at the busy Jamaica store num 05138. When searching for my c card to make payment I put my iPhone 6 at the register counter. 1 hr later when I got home I noticed my phone was missing. Very close to the trains and buses! Store can get very messy at times but overall the employees are helpful and try to maintain the chaos. The line can be pretty long with one or two registers open. I find many deals in the store by digging though the piles and using coupons sent to my phone. read more

This Old Navy is pretty good. What makes it good is the convenience of the area it is in. Jamaica Ave is a very crowded place and this Old Navy is in a good area and gets a lot of business. The staff is somewhat nonexistent on the sales floor. I remember in the past there used to be a lot of teenagers working here but now the staff is very minimal. It mainly consists of cashiers. There are two floors, the second floor has children's clothes. Even though this Old Navy is large the clothes on display can get real messy. The lines here are ALWAYS long so be prepared to stand in line FOREVER because they are also slow as h*ll. Also be careful to check that the size on the hanger that a clothing article is on actually matches the size of that article. (unless you're trying stuff on) the place can be a bit of a mess like most Old Navy stores I've seen so just be sure to carefully inspect anything before purchase because I've even come across some worn garments from time to time at this particular store. read more

This is like most other Old Navy's but I've found the lines to be much longer for checkout than other locations. Therefore, I only go in when I'm in need of an item that is advertised in the window. It was organized on my visit. I waited about 10 minutes to check out but the line moved pretty quickly considering how long it was. read more
