The staff is always friendly and kind and I receive stellar service every time we visit. I recently boarded my dogs for the first time and it went great! I was charged an extra $50 holiday fee, which they made sure to tell me was non refundable, but I have no issue paying this since my dogs always receive such great care when we visit and I am happy to support a small, locally owned business! They also have care for cats which is great, since I had typically had to board my dogs and cat at separate places. This is a great business with great employees!

I am being charged a non refundable $50 fee. To loose a customer paying about $1500 a year and their response was "well that is what we charge". Don't give a crap attitude just lost our business. To be fair this place offers below to average service but not many places to go to and this is probably why the "I don't care if you are happy or not" attitude. If you have a chance to have neighborhood kid watch your dog it these guys. Save some serious money and have the neighborhood kid witch then.

With just 1 walk through/meet and greet, Jess got my little pup's routine down to the T! The rates are reasonable, and since I have such a spacious back yard, I opted for the visit option. Someone comes and plays with my dog for 20-30 min until she's wore out, then she gets some pets and is returned to her crate. I really enjoy the pictures the team sends when I'm not there, and I love the service so much, I've opted to continue even though I'm laid up at home with a broken ankle. My dog looks forward to their visits, too! Five stars all the way!

They told me they wouldn't trim my dogs nails without an annual checkup$$$ They're not open on the weekends so when I requested an RX so I could get my boy's FOOD they only hand write them and reluctantly agreed to leave one in their mailbox. So I have to drive there after 8:00 pm and get the prescription (which she warned me might not be there because their mailbox doesn't lock) and oh by the way that'll be $15 to give you a prescription for your pet who's been a patient for 2+ years Y'all are some seriously greedy people

After being unable to see our "normal" vet due to manyyyyy of the post-Covid issues in availability, I am so happy that I reached out to City Pets today. The space is beautiful, I immediately felt taken care of, and more importantly...they took the time to get to know my fur-child before jumping into prices and treatments. A normally anxious, timid old girl walked away happily with the nurse to get imaging and treatment. It blew my mind. I absolutely cannot wait to bring the rest of my pack for annual visits. PS, they were also able to fit me in an hour after I sent my initial request AND were so punctual...a nurse walked into the room at the appointment time on the dot.

Both pup and I freaked out and were traumatized. I could no longer trim her nails and she would cry even before the trimmer touched her. I had driven by Tiny Paws and knew they did boarding, but thought I'd ask about trims. They were very friendly and responsive. For a nail trim, just call on Tues & Fri to see if they can squeeze you in between groomings. I called today and went in a couple hours later. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB! On top of that, they were so nice, the facility is cute and I got to pet dogs while my pup got her trim. I am a big fan of Tiny Paws! And yes, you can tip on card if needed! I will 100% be back, not only for trims but also for boarding! Thank you Tiny Paws!

Probably the best alternative to dog boarding where you get to select who gets to watch your dogs…read more I've only used DogVacay.com for boarding, but consider it like a nanny/babysitter search, but for pets. The ability to review hosts after the reservation is a nice touch, as it lets you see who has booked with them in the past as well if there are any issues. I used to board my dogs at a kennel, but because they have high anxiety and would rather be with people, I've since used DogVacay.com several times now and will continue to use them in the future. Not to mention, the price point is very competitive. I used to pay $40-$45 per dog, per night at a kennel. I've found dog sitters on DogVaycay.com that do it for $25 per dog. Win-win for everyone!
