Convenient location right in the mall and the ladies working there were so sweet. The woman who…read morehelped me was very helpful and patient and gave me time to figure out which style earrings I wanted and double-checked with me (and my friends) that her marks on my ears were correct. She explained the process and how to take care of the piercings thoroughly. They do use the tool that punctures your ears and not a needle, which I know some people don't like. It wasn't a completely painless experience but I didn't expect it to be and roughly six months since then my ears look good and feel fine. I only got a very basic second hole piercing, so I don't know what they do for more complicated things, but I had a good experience here.

This was my fault for not leaving and going somewhere professional) Second I have had my ears pierced before but this place was awful. The stupid gun is malfunctioned or something. When they tried removing it they were struggling.. idiots probably assumed I can bear with the paid. I had to check if I still had my ear intact. After ear piercing: Day 1 the ear was swelling and throbbing. I was in serious pain. So I took 800mg ibuprofen and did a ice pack. It felt better Day 2- 3: pain was still there. Swelling and throbbing pain. I continue taking ibuprofen and ice pack. Day 4: my ear was was swollen. I decided to take out the earring however it was stuck in my ear with the swollen. I ended up going to the ER and they said the place I may have went to probably didn't clean the gun or didn't pierced the right way. My piercing was infected so bad. They drain nasty puss. They removed the earring and gave me antibiotics. I will NEVER EVER come back here. I loved this company. After this painful experience I will never shop here.

Can we report to the BBB??? STAY AWAY!!! I don't think I've…read moreever had a review I wish I could zero stars to. I heard great things about this business years ago but clearly they have gone downhill. Both of my older nieces had their ears pierced and my sister had zero issues. That clearly has changed. First I booked this appointment on 10/3 for 10/18. I selected the 10am time slot. On the website, you have to select a time along with the day, even though the rules state that the time is not accurate. I'm not sure why they have time selection when they only promise the date not the exact time or even a time window. They should just have a date. You have to pay in full and prices are not cheap. I actually selected my mother's address in Philly because it was extra to have them come to the suburbs. That made sense for a business who travels. I went a week and a half before I noticed that my payment on my credit card dropped off. There's no option to contact them, but to use a little survey box on their website with your email address and message. I messaged them inquiring about my appointment because I saw that the payment was canceled on their website and my bank never processed it. I never heard back from them directly but the next day I did receive an email confirming my appointment and I saw that they had charged my credit card. Fast forward to the night before my scheduled appointment. I received a text from an anonymous number around 2 AM stating that my window for my appointment was actually 12 PM to 4 PM. The text message said that is when the nurse would be in the area of the address that I put in for the appointment. That annoyed me because even though I've read the rules, I still thought that because I selected the first appointment on that day, the window for my appointment would be earlier. I knew I just had a feeling that something was gonna go wrong but I was at my mom's house well in advance of 12 PM. The text message the night before it said that I would be sent a separate text message with an ETA during the 12 PM to 4 PM window. Around 345, I texted the number that had texted me the night before and said that I never received an ETA despite it being 15 minutes before 4PM. I received a response less than 10 minutes later stating that they apologize and will reach out to the nurse who was supposed to be servicing my appointment. That took another 20-ish minutes. I got a response that the nurse had car trouble and was waiting on AAA. I'm not following why the nurse would not reach out to me directly to tell me that she was delayed or wouldn't be able to make it. Why did I have to reach out because I had not heard anything for my ETA? Why is no one monitoring? I received a text that Offered me an appointment for the next day with no timeframe or anything just that there would be a nurse available tomorrow. Honestly, I still would not have moved forward with the appointment but why not clearly State my appointment time or that I would have the very first appointment tomorrow there was no urgency to accommodate a customer who was unsatisfied and who had been disappointed. Also a customer that had to reach out to the business first. I promptly asked for a refund ASAP. I should have read all of the review reviews on yelp before booking this appointment. I just had heard the rave reviews from my sister but I never considered how much older my nieces were and how fast businesses can go downhill. Please stay away!

My friend booked this piercer after researching reviews and treated me to matching nose piercings as a birthday gift. We were charged an undisclosed travel fee that was never mentioned prior to the appointment. Unfortunately, both piercings fell out within 24 hours. After consulting with another professional, we were informed that one piercing had been placed incorrectly and that the jewelry used was not appropriate for a fresh nose piercing. We reached out hoping for a refund or reasonable resolution. We were told only that the jewelry could be replaced with a different style that was also not suitable for a new piercing. Since then, our messages have gone unanswered. This was meant to be a special experience and birthday gift, and instead it resulted in frustration, wasted money, and the need to seek corrective care elsewhere. Based on our experience, I would absolutely not recommend this person or her business.
