My boyfriend and I came here for Friday the 13th. We got there at 12:30, and were 21st and 22nd in line. The shop began taking names around 1:45 and had a text system to notify you when it was your turn. No waiting in line for an insane amount of hours! The shop had waters, cookies and granola bars for the clients. Vicki tattooed both myself and my boyfriend and both tattoos came out AMAZING. Her hand was so light. Go here!! read more

My former tattoo artist moved out of state so I was looking for a new place to go and I found it. Tiffany did my tattoo and it turned out great. The appointment scheduling process was easy (I completed it over Facebook messenger). The shop was clean and nicely decorated. Tiffany was quick and proficient. She had a light hand leading to a fairly painless process. Aftercare was explained well and a handout was given as well with a phone number to call with any questions. Need signs that say cash only. I forgot My wallet at home ( not their fault) so I drove all the way home to get it and returned. At that point the lady tells me they don't accept any kind of cards. Could have save us all some time and effort by having the proper signs posted. If your not going to have sign you need to tell all customers in advance. This is why small mom and pop places don't make it. read more

Okay, so I came here for a Friday the 13th tattoo. Signed in at four and waited until 12 am to be told they are done tattooing. I understand that tattooing for 11 hours is tiring even if you have others to switch off with, but this was extremely poorly planned. First of all, you guys let people sign in until 7 or 8. If you know a realistic number then only let people sign in to a reasonable cut off instead of having them to wait for absolutely nothing. I went in at 9 and asked if realistically I would be seen, they said they have no idea possibly because people drop out. OK, so I ask if I could come back in about an hour and see from there, they said fine. I wait until 11 this time, I come in and they said they don't know, then I ask since it's 11 could you guys send out texts asking the people left if they are confirming or canceling since they send it out anyway when you are close. The lady had such an attitude and I just tried to let it go, but she said that's too difficult to do. (I find out later at 12 while I am sitting outside that she actually had to manually send the text that no one else would be seen via her iPad so it couldn't of been that difficult). Again they said I don't know if you'll be seen possibly. I live an hour and a half from here and I just wish they would of been more considerate of their customers. Another woman went in asking if they'd at least take the people waiting outside (there were no more than 20), they said probably not. However people were allowed to get more than one tattoo and there were hundreds who didn't even get one??? It just wasn't right very upset at the attitude, only the one employee. Next time cut it off when it's unreasonable, send texts out when it's 11 for confirm/cancel so you can get more clients than waiting for nobody, only one tattoo until a full loop, and give the people who waited outside for hours a chance. read more

Don't start a Friday the 13 and not know how many people you can do in the amount of time that you are open. There are people who have waited 7 hours for you to tell them no. And you have wasted people's time which is the most precious thing in peoples lives. Plan better next time. Won't be back. read more

Me and my wife got tattoos done there. We were both tattooed by Vicky, then I went back and Norma tattooed me. They were both fantastic. They were very friendly and professional. Super meticulous about cleanliness and their work. Both times I went after other people; and they sprayed down their entire stations--every surface was wiped down and spotless. They take every precaution and then some when it comes to cleanliness. I've been to a lot of shops--I have thirteen tattoos--and they are the best I've seen so far. There's beautiful artwork on the walls, some Native American stuff, and there were big overstuffed cushion benches to sit on. I've been to shops that had pool tables in the lobby, motorcycles inside, Satanic looking art and sculptures, death metal blaring . . . all kinds of crazy stuff. Got Ink had a laid back, friendly atmosphere. Our tattoos turned out great. Me and my wife agreed that we will be going there exclusively from now on. I would give them ten stars if I could. read more
