Our mother unexpectedly passed away and I flew in from out of state to help my sister take care of…read morethe estate and prepare the house to sell. Mom had a handyman take care of some things over the years yet he was unable to help us because of scheduling conflicts. I checked Yelp for a handyman and Jim was the only one to reply to my request for a quote. There were only a few things which I knew must be done and advised we would probably stumble upon more as he worked. Yes, that did become the case. Over a period of three days, Jim readjusted the inner workings of two toilets, recaulked the toilet bases, recaulked a shower faucet and around a bathroom sink, replaced a wheel on a sliding side fence, treated the shingles for moss build up, replaced the gaskets and flashing on several vent pipes on the roof, replaced and repainted a piece of wood on the siding of the house, power washed the outside of the house, and removed a part of a fence inside the garden area which was damaged during one of the big storms. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend Jim!!
