This was my first stop in to join my wife who is happily addicted to the exercise experience here. While it is a franchise, the folks who own here, Ruben and Roberta, are fun, friendly and diligent. Ruben is one of the instructors. The equipment is top notch, the instructors must complete a rigorous training program and observation - so you're in good hands. Focus is on form and technique to avoid injury and maximize the benefits of a 45 minute rowing class. It simulates actual skulling with displays showing your individual stats and the entire classes as well. Several types of classes - some that combine intervals of weight lifting and stretching with rowing - are offered. Great workout for legs, core and cardio. Be prepared, it's challenging for anyone not in shape! read more

If you are an early morning person or work afternoon hours this would work well in your schedule. I would like to see some late evening options or more weekend options than mornings . Even if just open row without a coach. Staff is very nice. Coaches are very personable. They say the classes are appropriate for beginners through advanced fitness levels. I would recommend the Restore classes which are limited if you are not in at least average fitness shape. When I first started they had some 30 minute express restore classes which I found challenging as a newbie. They have express signature classes as an option which incorporates light hand weights interspersed with rowing intervals. For more intense exercise options they have 45 minute full row classes. Price wise they are fair when comparing to other specialty/ boutique gyms. Multiple price points from $79 for 4 classes a month to $159 unlimited. They will have specials on holidays, free into sessions and packages. They celebrate meter milestones! Holiday themed rows as well. read more

Row House - Free shirt to celebrate first milestone. - Cardio Classes Near Me

Poor planning, new owners cannot provide classes with a coach?? I don't pay to be a member to come and do an open row, I can do that at a gym.The fun part about Row House is the classes with energetic instructors who push us to do more. read more

Went for the first time, this past Saturday. The minute you walk in, you are welcomed by Roberta who guided me through the introduction. Arrica was my instructor and was excellent at explaining the set up and how to row. She was patient and friendly and was truly happy to be there. She made me feel so comfortable in my attempts and I absolutely loved the class! Going again this week! read more

"Love it! I'm a rower that was looking to improve form, overall fitness and lower split times. With the pandemic I decided to switch things up and joined Row House ITC. The workouts are incredible. The instructors know what they're doing and are skilled. At Row House it's not just about cranking out the meters on the ergs. You're getting off the ergs and doing core and yoga exercises. The result has been a nice drop in my spilts, I've lost some weight and my rowing fitness has increased noticeable And the facilility is spotless as well. Everything is wiped down and sanitized after each session. The ergs, the floor and a HEPA filter runs 24/7. Several of my rowing team rowers have joined as well. I'm there a lot and regularly knock out multiple sessions. If you're looking to up your rowing fitness and have a great time then this is your place. I highly recommend Row House ITC." read more

I feel blessed and thankful to have found Row House. In my experience, Row House is for everyone and anyone, and no matter what age or fitness level you are, you will experience extraordinary results. Before Row House, I had constant pain in my joints, knees, lower back, neck, and shoulders. Now that I have been rowing consistently 4-5x/week, I am pain free and in the best shape of my life. I walk around life with a pep in my step, and I feel like Row House has helped me get my life back on track. The staff and coaches are friendly, supportive, and helpful. You can tell they all really care, and that they don't just treat you like a number. The studio is clean, the music is off the hook, and they have a relationship with Sarasota Crew, which allows us as members to get out on the water and row for real... pretty cool! Do yourself a favor and check them out... they won't pressure you, and they will treat you like family. Thanks Row House UTC! read more

Attended a class on Monday morning hosted by Arrica Dallas. She was a phenomenal motivating upbeat coach! I am all about working the quads and this workout blasted them along with my arms, shoulders, and back. When I got home, I realized the workout really kicked my abs as well. I can't wait to go back as the music is great, the ambiance with the dark blue lighting, and the team spirit in the room. I'm game for more as it is a results oriented workout and a blast! read more

I love this place, they make you feel welcome, high energy and great for all fitness levels! Highly recommend.

Joined before the studio even opened and haven't regretted it! The place is spotlessly clean, every step has been taken to make sure that everyone is abiding to the safety guidelines for COVID. The coaches are awesome and very knowledgeable about the equipment always ready for an encouraging word! There have been some staff changes since joining but all in all a great place to workout! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They have a partnership with Sarasota Crew that allows Row House members to go along and try out on the water what they've learnt in the studio, how cool is that!! read more

If you want an excellent full-body workout experience and have not visited Row House, you need to get there ASAP. (The first 3 classes are free!) When you arrive, the studio owners, a married couple, greet you and take the time to get to know you. They walk you to your rower, get you set up, and explain/demonstrate correct rowing technique. The class is 45 minutes long, paced to music, and combines rowing with exercises using hand weights. The instructor (Haley in this case), demonstrates all movements, and also circulates around the room to monitor clients. Before you know it, you are performing your last sprint, the class is over, and you are excited to schedule your next visit. read more

Tremendous work out! I haven't worked that hard on an erg since my rowing days in collage (30 years ago). The staff and coaches are great and make the workouts fun and challenging. In fact, the workouts are over before you know it. I love the goals on their app to help keep you motivated. The facility and equipment is very clean and well maintained. The only reason for the four stars is I would like to see more class options. I know they're hiring more coaches so I'm confident this will improve. I am already looking forward to my next class. read more

If you have bothersome knees, this is the exercise for you. Friendly place!

I love this place. Great management. Been with them since December and I will stand by them 100%. Go Row House!!!!!

Amazing place, very welcoming and good community feel. I took the 30 min express row class and it was my first time and a good intro.

Row House UTC is the best workout establishment I have had the pleasure of working out in. not only do they make you feel welcome every time you are there, but you feel like a part of the family. The owners and staff are all amazing. Each coach brings a different style and level of coaching, so each workout is different and challenging in different ways. One of the best things about the rowing workout is that you use so many of your muscle groups. Its a full workout that will build up your strength, endurance a fitness level. read more

I loved the work outs, instructors and the place is really clean, but a word of caution; when you sign up for a package, you have to take all classes within a given time, if not you will loose them! Unfortunately, I signed up for a package of 4 twice (that's eight classes I was charged for, but only attended 3. I just wish that when I signed up, it was explained to me! read more

A new boutique fitness studio opened up in May called Row House. My initial reaction--loved it! Great workout, awesome coaching staff and tremendous camaraderie among the members. This quickly became my new "go to" workout. I attended class daily, often times twice a day. I couldn't get enough! The relaxed, family atmosphere along with the instruction and encouragement of the coaches made Row House special. I looked forward to the workout daily. I am the first member to reach one million meters in a little over three months. What an accomplishment! But guess what? Silent owners with zero fitness experience decide to change management and get involved! What a debacle!! Members are quitting; coaches are cutting back classes. No one is happy. It is not fun. I quit too!! The community is torn apart. My rating today is one star. Perhaps it is the lack of experience on the part of the owners, who knows! It is unclear what their priorities are--apparently not the members, coaches and staff. Moving on to another fitness studio that values its members and coaches!! read more
