I was able to host my Daughter's Quinceanera at this beautiful Venue. Not only was the space incredible, the staff is absolutely amazing! Very helpful and just absolutely warm and welcoming! The powder room was a perfect glam spot for the Birthday girl and make-up artist. The Chandelier set the mood for a grand event to take place, it may be cheesy but it made it magical for my daughter to say the least! The DJ was positioned on the second floor that looking out over the whole main area. I also had a Mariachi Band come in to walk my Daughter into the main room the music echoed throughout the whole building without any speakers! I also had a jazz sing who sang Three Birds from the second floor and it was as if her voice and every note she hit, softly rained down on all of us as I dance my Daughter into womanhood. The owners are absolutely amazing, from having some tissue ready, or just smiling and being there for any of my needs that were ever-changing. They made sure our Caterers had enough space and everything they needed to be ready for great food service. I mean as you can see I could go on and on about ROW24! I just want to thank you all for helping make this such a memorable experience for my family and me! My family threw my baby shower here last month and it was amazing! From start to finish the team at Row 24 (a family run operation) answered every question we had and gave us great tips and advice on how best to use the space. We have about 100 people and it was so warm and inviting. We could have easily had more people...we didn't even touch their upstairs mezzanine level! The place is immaculate and beautiful. The chandelier is unreal. I also loved the room they keep for the hosts of the party...apparently the main use is for a brides room during weddings but we used it to have purses and personal belongings out of the way. They give you a personalized lock combo when you arrive. It was so nice to toss our things in there and not worry about them. Clean up was a breeze as the owners pitched in and helped. Even with another event lined up for that evening we did not feel rushed in any way-for a new event space they seemed to have quite a bit of experience and were super professional. I would love to have something else there in the future and can totally recommend them! read more

Our small group of vintners from Napa Valley held a wine tasting event for 150 guests at Row 24. It can be quite difficult to plan such an event from across the country, but Stephanie (Event Manager) was absolutely amazing from the first time I reached out. She was helpful and responsive throughout the planning process, and went above and beyond to ensure all details were set in advance of the big day. Kara (Assistant Manager) was a dream come true for event execution. She took any change details in stride with a positive, can-do attitude and a smile. Our event would not have been as successful without her working the checkin/ departure station. All of us vintners putting on the event agreed that we wished we could hire Kara to work every event with us! On top of the great staff, the Row 24 space itself was perfect... Beautiful space with great management. Bi-level space is a good fit for 60-130 guests. Classic Chicago, vintage vibe with a South-side flair. They have an open catering policy which is fantastic for events of all sizes, budgets and cuisines. Parking in the area is street parking or metered parking however very few city venues provide parking spots which is to be expected. Tables/Chairs included in venue rental and Dana/Chris are great to work with from venue selection to day-of event production! They were very responsive during the pre-planning phase and were always accommodating! Row 24 is an absolute godsend. It had the perfect location! I wanted to be close to downtown but not be charged an arm and a leg, and this was the answer. It's even close to the interstate for all my out-of-towners, and there was plenty of free street parking around, so I didn't even need to use the parking lot they offered. It is a warm and intimate environment while remaining dazzling and impressive. From the moment I walked in, my jaw dropped. The layout is so different and gave me the opportunity to use the space however I wanted! The management is really thoughtful and supportive, and all the venue's staff members were incredibly kind and professional. From the first time we visited Row 24, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. The space is incredibly unique and we loved the modern mix of brick and concrete. I booked this venue for my Graduation dinner party on a Friday evening. It was a small party of about 30-40 people. The venue is owned and manage by Dana & Chris. Dana was extremely helpful with every step of planning and executing the party. She was very responsive to all questions and concerns throughout the entire process. They are very hands-on to make sure the vision of your event is executed properly. She also recommended an amazing caterer and bartender for the event. They really made the night personalized and special for me. The venue is very unique with a upscale, urban vibe. The loft, 2 floor structure makes it perfect for small and large events. Where do I even begin?! I was in-between a rock and a hard place when my initial venue cancelled on me the week of my baby shower! I was extremely distraught and just knew nobody was going to have availability that weekend with it being so close. My friend reached out to Row24, which I thought FOR SURE was going to be booked. I had my 50th birthday party here... and what a fabulous 50th it was! The venue was beyond gorgeous with the exposed brick and chandeliers (just my style). But not only that, Chris was amazing. I will never return to this venue because of her disgusting attitude.
