So I called around and found Delta tire. They got me in even though it was right toward the end of their day and they were getting ready to close. Colby (or Coby) and the other staff were so helpful and accommodating. We got a very fair price for two 10 ply tires and then we were on our way. We still had about 6 and 1/2 hours left to our journey but at least I knew that we were going to be safe going to the desert and not be stranded with some flat tires without any help. My car concern was their priority and was able to fix the problem. The service is incredible and the customer service is phenomenal. Even though my problem was small, they took their time out of their way to make sure everything was up to par. Even with customers coming in, they were on top of everything. We were lucky not to get in an accident. We drove 4 miles to the freeway exit, driving 20 mph. We pulled into a truck stop and realized we had a gaping hole in our tire. We immediately called Triple A. Two hours later, we were still sitting in the car in 28 degree weather with snow on the ground. Triple A was just giving us the runaround and we needed to act fast, because the tire store was closing soon. We called Robert at Deuces Towing, and he arrived in 15 minutes. Not only did the tow truck arrive ( driven by his son) Robert arrived in his OWN vehicle to drive us to the tire store. Talk about 1st Class Service. We are so grateful for this company.

After finding this heavy towing service for our 40' Motor coach. We called the owners, agreed on…read morea price and set the time for the next morning. 14 hours ahead of the time needed. We are traveling through the area, our rig is having mechanical issues and this is the reason for the service needs of a tow. We sent them all the information they asked for and images. All is agreed upon and set. 6:55 am the morning to tow we get a text that they are deciding not to do the job. After agreed terms and time and price, again, we are broken down overnight and expecting their agreed service. But no, they simply say other jobs have come up for us to do. As if our Emergency tow was any less important of a motor coach broken down. Well here's the real reason they denied service. In the earlier talks to tow our rig, they were making avid efforts to let them tow our rig to there shop for repairs, not the one we researched and chose to work with. But they agreed to tow to where we wanted with that agreed price, but all the while bad mouthing the shop we chose, and not to this towing company be the ones to try to repair our coach. I guess these people really got their feelings hurt as we chose a qualified repair mechanic and not a shade tree tow company to service our engine. So avoid this tow service, lots of other choices.
