A HUGE ZERO Grants custom and collision and the owners STEVEN and YVETTE are a huge JOKE and down right LIARS... My girlfriends car has been held HOSTAGE in there shop for nine months by these damn fools. They have made more lies then TRUMP.... Yvette was caught in lie after lie and was made too look like a complete fool by our claims adjuster on a three way phone call . She tried to tell our adjuster that has been doing his job for over 22 yrs what to do and he schooled her and we thought she was going too cry, she stumbled over her words and could not give a straight answer for any of his question, I am surprised that her foot fit in that big mouth of hers, she had no remarks too answer his question, accept ill send you all the paper work by the end of the day.... That was two days ago, we are still waiting.. Our insurance adjuster advised us too go get our CAR back , So We took Grants police with us too get back our car , and like normal the OWNERS where out doing who knows what instead of there jobs.. There so called (workers) locked the doors and and called there friends for back up , so what kids are we back in school COWARDS!!!! This so called Grants Custom and Collision should change there name too LIES, DECITE, and HOLD CUSTOMERS CARS HOSTAGE, that fits them better. It is only OBVIOUS that they spent the money that the insurance co paid them on personal or recreational uses for themselves....
