I called before I came in because my car was overheating to make sure they would work on my car. It's a little old so some places are hesitant, I get that. But they said it would be fine, so I drove my overheating car in only to be called the next day and told they wouldn't work on it and good luck. They also broke the passenger door handle?? Got appointment for next day so things were quick, free wheel alignment check , they don't oversell , alignment was good so they didn't recommend anything needed to be done, however I still got an oil change since I was there and they had been very nice to me, the guy really explained all the alignment specs to me even though i was not getting the actual alignment done. Nice people, but they don't seem to know what they are doing. Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me what I already told them -- I need new brakes on all four corners. Then they tell me they can't fix the brakes and to go somewhere else! Three things: 1) They already did the hard part by taking the brakes apart for the inspection. Swapping out old parts for new parts is EASY. See the attached photo they let me take of my brakes they had already torn down. (Parts are easy to find in town, so there was no reason to turn me away.) 2) Before tearing down the brakes, they already knew they would need to be replaced. So, why spend the time tearing them down? 3) I told them the car pulls to the LEFT when braking -- that means the RIGHT side is not working. They tore down the front LEFT for inspection. They tore down the wrong brake system! Again, these folks seem really nice, but I seem to know more about brakes then they do -- and I have never performed my own brake job! The first attempt fixing the issue at this location was not successful, but the gentlemen here ultimately resolved the issue and covered the cost of the misdiagnosis. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible. Appointment at 9am for them to simply check the alignment, dropped it off at 9am and was told it would take 30-45 minutes so I came back at 1pm and they hadn't even looked at it. Don't waste your time, and go where they actually know what they're talking about. read more

I needed a tire replaced so I took an uber here and the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They found the same tire I had and could replace it by 4 that afternoon (I came in at 7:30AM and they had to order that tire which came in at 2). They then gave me a courtesy ride in a nice new truck back to UCO. I came to pick it up and they again gave me a courtesy ride to my car at UCO. I actually almost felt I was taking advantage by taking two courtesy rides, but did buy a whole new set of tires here. read more
