Super Bowl Sunday we made a large order and saw we have to use grub hub for delivery. They took our order and gave grub hub a time to pick up our order, then closed. Grub hub delivery driver showed up and saw they closed and then called us. It was over an hour and then we had to go through a ton of effort to get grub hub to refund us. Ridiculous. Not the same as it was in 2022. We were so excited to eat at Roundabout Pizza again this May. But it's just not the same great taste. Dough was too chewy even though it was paper thin (thinner than thin crust), sauce was bland and toppings on the Margherita pizza was minimal. This is perhaps the worst pizza my family has ever had. It was cold, half the pizza wasn't cut, and the crust was so limp (not crisp at all). when you tried to pick it up the toppings virtually all the toppings fell off into the box. They have a couple speciality 'star' pizzas - so there are four corners that are stuffed with ricotta, something I've never seen before. We ordered the Big Daddy pizza. It was great, so flavorful and fresh, they make the pizza right in front of you. However, I was expecting an inside with tables, but there wasn't really any place to sit - only tables outside. I do not know how these got made and someone thought by looking at them that they were acceptable to serve. Terrible experience. Ordered food for the whole family. Waited an hour for it. Called the Resturant checking the status. They said they canceled it because their bike battery died and there's no way to deliver it by car. It's 0.3 miles away. I have a family of 5 now with no food. Now on Friday night I have to figure out how to feed my family at 8pm. I left my phone number several times in the note. They didn't notify me at all about canceling the order. When I called the young man am answered the phone saying we should have been notified via the app. We ordered through their website. I don't have an app. No email or phone call explaining any kind of cancellation. Very disappointing. It's not spring break or anything. People deserve better customer service. read more

I went to bike yesterday at the beach and saw if was open. I tried their white pizza with ricotta, parmesan, arugula and truffle oil..it was AMAZING. Only negative is kinda stingy on the cheese with one mozzarella slice per pizza slice. But kept it very light and low cal with thin crust. Husband said his was tasty and not too heavy or greasy for meat lovers. 4 yo daughter ate all her pizza slice which is not always the case as she is pretty picky. Like the ambiance too. TLDR if you want convenient pizza near Hilton with kind staff and good prices this place is perfect. Just don't expect Neapolitan wood fire pizza. The best part was the proximity to the Hilton hotel and price of the pizza. The staff (and possible managers name was Paul) was great. Extremely pleased. I fall under the pizza snob category so him being able to answer all of my questions was great. Depending on your expectations this can be a really good experience or far less so experience. Let me explain. In the pictures on the menu and on trip advisor you see beautiful Neapolitan pizza. Neapolitan pizza is made using 00 flour and cooked at ~900 degrees. Their oven which costed them ~$70,000 can be used with gas, wood (as seen in the pictures) or coal. Unfortunately they are now using it with a gas setup at 700 degrees. 00 flour doesn't perform well at this temp so it gets extra floppy and doesn't hold up great but the toppings were good. We also ordered one gluten free (which wasn't cooked all the way through but it's due to the type they use which is commonly used at the pizza place Brixx.) it's just not a good gluten free crust but will do in a pinch. (Toppings were great.) read more
