The staff: They are friendly and are helpful when we needed them. They are also helpful with the menu items for the food selection. Pizza: The pizza here is delicious and was baked to perfection that the team loved it. French Fries: The French fries are also baked to perfection and was delicious. Suggestion: Please make sure all of the lanes are working because the lane that we were assigned to kept breaking down every 10 - 20 minutes. We do not even know if we even spent the full 2 hours here due to it breaking down. They should have assigned us another lane after we asked them to fix it the first 3 out of 8 times. Another suggestion is, they could have offered to give us a free game or a gift card or something. Overall: Besides the lane breaking down every 10 -20 minutes, we had fun hanging out at this bowling alley. The staff could have done a little better job with fixing the lane or re-assigning the lane.

I'm not surprised the place was empty. There is no where on their website that says the Monday after Easter is a holiday. I walked in the snack bar twice and there was no one working in there. I had to find a staff member just to be told they don't have pizza dough. I would have saved money, gotten better service and food if I just took my family to Round 1 at the mall I definitely won't be returning. It's a rip off. The front desk person needs some customer service training as well.

Choice of various weighted bowling balls were limited . We went to other lanes to pick 8 poind , 10 pound bowling balls but they weren't there . Food was really good and not that expensive .s lovedddddd the potato fries and tstor tots.. really really good . Pizza was good too . Cooking time was quick and they really helped to serve a good lunch . There was also a bar selling beer and other stuff . 6$ for a beer wasn't that expensive .? Good timepass overall .. 4 stars

We probably should've gone to Bowlero. This is a basic low-quality bowling alley still stuck in the 90s and desperately in need of an update. The bathroom had a moldy smell and there were lots of stained ceiling tiles and dust in the air vents. Even the arcade games looked like they were original and the snacks in the vending machines look like they had been sitting there for a very long time. Our ball often got stuck in the lane and the computer messed up our scoring a couple of times. Even the graphics that play after you score is pretty basic. I don't know if there was food which is odd because most of the bowling alleys I have been to people are ordering pizzas and sodas and I didn't see anyone eating. There is a bar that serves alcohol but given the condition of the rest of the place I personally wouldn't have a drink there. Selection of balls was also minimal and I made sure to thoroughly wash my hands after we played because I'm afraid of whether those balls have been cleaned or sanitized ever. We chose to bowl for one hour. As our time was nearing the end the words "the end of your session is near" scrolled across the screen. However, it didn't tell us how much more time we had left. Then in the middle of a game delay just shut down. It would've been better for it to tell us that we have five or 10 minutes left to play. I still had a good time because of the group of people that I was with. If you're looking for some really basic bowling this is a place to go to but with so many bowling alleys becoming more upgraded centers of entertainment, these guys are light-years behind.

So much has changed. 3-4 different managers in 2-3 yrs. Even open bowling is down. When you open bowl they only give one lane unless you babe 5+ bowlers. Which really make the lane play different in league play. I practice here less abs less cause they only dress the lanes on league days. Ridiculously so. Rumor is it might close. But that is just rumor. But with the losing leagues, no manager for months at a time. Who knows how much truth is behind the rumor

The beginning of the process was starting great with the events manager, Jamie .: I believe she was off site but always fast to respond by phone and email. When we arrived we were greeted with smiles by the first hostess., sorry forget her name ., then our party host introduced himself., Jamal .. he was so responsive., positive and smiling ! They had a few tables set up by the lanes and they decorated the tables even ! The girls had a great time with the bowling and shortly after the food was delivered., they have everything served hot and kept hot with warming setups.. the food quality and taste beat my expectations! Everyone loved the chicken fingers and fries of course! I totally suggest this place for a party and im so happy to say that this changes my ideas about bowling alleys !
