Just a quick update, it has been over a week and no one from this place reached out. They clearly could care less about customers. They will continue to push out food that's sub par and expected you to be thankful for getting it. This place is terrible and I want to make sure everyone knows it. read more

Round Table Pizza - Pepper pizza - Pizza Near Me - Murrieta, California

Yum! Came for lunch with my husband. Lunch special is such a good deal with the fresh salad bar. Servers & manager were friendly and quick with our food. Fun music was playing. Will be returning to this location. 10/10 read more

Never received my order GrubHub refunded me almost an hour later called roundtable to see if they could help directly they said no only GrubHub handles deliveries so nothing regarding food which is why I gave two stars but no accountability anywhere read more

This place has some of the worst tasting, greasy pizza. Mind you, they were open before they should have been and what looks to have been training as they go. But, just off pizza and breadsticks alone, we will not be back. My husband is pizza-holic and couldn't even eat it. I didn't finish one piece and my kids didn't either. We spent just shy of $50 for 4 drinks, xl pizza, and bread sticks. Same size pizza for $10 at costco with a 1/3 of the grease. If you are going to serve pizza like that, definitely don't charge $30 for it. read more

Soooo when we first ordered, our order was wrong, we got thin pizza instead of original crust. It even turned out that the crust was tossed too thin, which was why it came out as a thinner crust instead of a thicker crust. The young ladies working offered to fix the pizza and come back with the correct one, but my family and I don't like sending our food back, so we just took the pizza as is. A few moments later the manager, Jorge, came out and asked how we were doing and thanked us for coming in, and even asked how the pizza came out because he had heard that it was done wrong...he chit chatted with us and apologized for the mix up and even said that he would personally work with his cooks to make sure the orders are being made correctly. Then proceeded and insisted to have another pizza made for the inconvenience. All in all, I was very impressed with this new Round Table, the vibe, the new look, and the customer service is the BEST I've EVER experienced. ***keep in mind the employees are all BRAND NEW, so give them a break everyone!! Plus there's going to be 20 BEERS on tap! You can't go wrong with that And thank you Amanda for the great customer service!! read more

The worst pizza ever . It was burnt and the cheese tasted like pizza from the microwave. Do not eat there. Also the place did not look clean. Also on the window there was a sign for 19.99 and really small it said only mon thru Thursday. And when you go in it's over $30.00 dollars for one pizza. Just go somewhere else and save money and eat better food. I give this review because people need to know and not go there. I have had real pizza made by Italians. This is not that. Do not go there unless you want a upset stomach. read more

Not sure why they moved Cici's Pizza and put this Round Table here. But anyways, my family and I tried this as we love pizza and it was close as we always went to cicis. First off, love the new remodel. Decorated well and that's where the one star came from. Service was ok, there was barely anyone there and food took a while to receive. On top of that, when we received our boneless wings, the wings were completely frozen with a bunch of buffalo sauce on it and when we informed the managers about it was as if they didn't care. On top of that, the price was ridiculous for the quality of the food as the pizza was not good at all and we love pizza so that says a lot. We almost asked for our money back for everything after the buffalo wings incident and left but the kids were hungry. (Should have left) First time coming to Round Table and definitely the last. read more

The pizza was great, we had an all meat pizza and my family loved it. The wait time was horrible, took 20 minutes to get our wings and pizza delivered to our table. Amanda was fantastic- she took care of us. If the wait time wasn't that long, I would have given them a 5 star. read more

We are new to the area and having a late dinner found Round Table was still open til 10pm. We were greeted by Brandon and he was so kind and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was right and made a lasting impression. We will definitely be coming back. read more

Alex, the shift manager, has no work etiquette, I had asked for military discount, his response was "naw you already getting a deal homie". My wife and I were immediately offended by it. We are no teenagers to be talked to and especially it coming from a shift manager. But food was good despite the fact where Alex was rude. read more

Love their pizza (try dipping it in ranch). Super clean and open concept seating. Workers are super friendly always asking if everything is okay. They have a small arcade area for the kids. A little more expensive but totally worth it! read more

Drove 30 minutes to eat here but they ran out of dough, this is the first time i've heard of a Pizza place running out of dough

I hate having to give bad reviews to a place, but I know I won't be coming back here. First, the pizza is way over priced for the taste. There are also too many unpriced options on the menu and too many specials, which made choosing confusing. I paid $40 for 6 tiny wings, a pizza pie (pepperoni) a small carton of apple juice, and 2 fountain drinks. The kid who helped me, I'm sure he is a good kid, but he wasn't helpful at explaining to me (who was evidently confused) what the specials were and how this place works. I wanted a beer, and at least twice he told me that "it's separate" but didn't explain how it worked. Apparently you have to provide your ID and I guess you pay for whatever you dispense (?). I ended up not getting a beer because I was annoyed. I don't blame the kid, I blame the restaurant for having a confusing set up. If you want advice, I recommend regular table service, allow pizza by the slice, and a regular beer menu. People will show up for $4 draft beer and $3 pizza slices, and they won't stay long so don't plan on making them too comfy. They will not show up to your large, empty establishment for $30 pizza pies that are about the same-ish quality as Dominos. Sorry! Please reconsider your business model. read more

I was so excited to find a Round Table. So many have shut down. The pizza is great! A certain staff member was not. Not just to me. To everyone. She seems to be good at expediting but no good at customer service. read more

Ok I really fell in love with the poly sauce for the pizza but last 3 times I've ordered they always just give me regular! Has it been discontinued or are they just not reading the orders? I actually love this place due to how the layout is, the little fire pit thing, the tap room of different beers but we came in for lunch yesterday and the shift manager (which makes this even more terrible) with the brown hair in a bun took our order, not an ounce of personality by the way. But he took our order and we sat down. The kitchen is open and you can actually see them cooking your food. As we waited another person came in, and paid cash. The shift manager was giving him change touching the money. He then went to the back and started with our food. NO GLOVES. Does he know he works in the food industry 1. There's diseases spreading right now 2. And lastly, touching money then food? Disgusting. I think due to this I wouldn't eat here again. Really sad. read more

I showed up 10 minutes after expected "pickup" time, moron behind the counter told me it wasn't ready yet. I waited 45 minutes now 55 minutes past pickup time asking several times what the status was. Several other people were upset at wait times, orders not correct. Finally a younger man with some customer service skills came to the counter followed up on my order and found them in the holding oven now barely warm. I paid $68 for 2 soggy warm pizzas! Pissed I am. That's an hour of my life I will never get back. The gentleman at the counter could learn a thing or two from that young kid! read more

Coming here is a great nostalgic experience the pizza these days are not my style but still warmed my heart as everything was cooked the way I asked and served with Care and a smile. The problem with Round Table is their pizza is way, WAY too expensive. When we call and ask for any specials, they usually seem peeved that someone would bother them asking that kind of question. We tried this new location, which is right down the street from our house, but probably will not be back. Rustico pizza is better, and probably a bit cheaper, but they actually have usable coupons. Round Table is one of my favorite chain pizzas, but they have priced themselves out of getting our business. read more

Great place to go! have good selection of cold beer. And tasty pizza. With a little football on tv to boot

We travel allot, and always look for Round Table pizza when on the road. The new Murrieta Hot Springs location is just 30 minutes from home, such good news. The reviews are all over the board and in my 3 visits, I've experienced the good, bad and ugly. From poor counter service, wrong order, dirty tables (all booths on 2/19 at 1:30). We even had to ask for plates after pizza was brought to the table. As did the booth next to us 15 minutes later, same server. Yet, the pizza is so good, I tolerate all the imperfections. But I understand the complaints...too expensive, poor service, not clean at times. At some point even RT lovers will quit going there. Same owner as the closed Temecula location??? Seems like it...please get more consistent and better! read more

First time wouldn't take my coupon from the website..second time, delivery forgot dipping sauce for twists; but the manager redelivered it personally which was nice. Third time, cashier charged us a dollar per side of ranch even though we ordered pizza and twists. So stingy Pizza is very salty but round table normally is. Won't be back read more
