Not sure why they moved Cici's Pizza and put this Round Table here. But anyways, my family and I tried this as we love pizza and it was close as we always went to cicis. First off, love the new remodel. Decorated well and that's where the one star came from. Service was ok, there was barely anyone there and food took a while to receive. On top of that, when we received our boneless wings, the wings were completely frozen with a bunch of buffalo sauce on it and when we informed the managers about it was as if they didn't care. On top of that, the price was ridiculous for the quality of the food as the pizza was not good at all and we love pizza so that says a lot. We almost asked for our money back for everything after the buffalo wings incident and left but the kids were hungry. The pizza was great, we had an all meat pizza and my family loved it. The wait time was horrible, took 20 minutes to get our wings and pizza delivered to our table. Amanda was fantastic- she took care of us. If the wait time wasn't that long, I would have given them a 5 star. read more

I actually love this place due to how the layout is, the little fire pit thing, the tap room of different beers but we came in for lunch yesterday and the shift manager (which makes this even more terrible) with the brown hair in a bun took our order, not an ounce of personality by the way. But he took our order and we sat down. The kitchen is open and you can actually see them cooking your food. As we waited another person came in, and paid cash. The shift manager was giving him change touching the money. He then went to the back and started with our food. NO GLOVES. Does he know he works in the food industry 1. There's diseases spreading right now 2. And lastly, touching money then food? Disgusting. I think due to this I wouldn't eat here again. Really sad. read more

I showed up 10 minutes after expected "pickup" time, moron behind the counter told me it wasn't ready yet. I waited 45 minutes now 55 minutes past pickup time asking several times what the status was. Several other people were upset at wait times, orders not correct. Finally a younger man with some customer service skills came to the counter followed up on my order and found them in the holding oven now barely warm. I paid $68 for 2 soggy warm pizzas! Pissed I am. That's an hour of my life I will never get back. The gentleman at the counter could learn a thing or two from that young kid! read more

Coming here is a great nostalgic experience the pizza these days are not my style but still warmed my heart as everything was cooked the way I asked and served with Care and a smile. The beer system is awesome and has half pours or tasters for pours as you are the bartender and everything is tracked through technology microchips it is interesting and cool system. Ordered the Italian Garlic Supreme with extra garlic. It never disappoints and Breadsticks to go. The pizza was delicious and so were the breadsticks. The girl taking our order was very nice. The problem with Round Table is their pizza is way, WAY too expensive. When we call and ask for any specials, they usually seem peeved that someone would bother them asking that kind of question. We tried this new location, which is right down the street from our house, but probably will not be back. Rustico pizza is better, and probably a bit cheaper, but they actually have usable coupons. Round Table is one of my favorite chain pizzas, but they have priced themselves out of getting our business. read more

We travel allot, and always look for Round Table pizza when on the road. The new Murrieta Hot Springs location is just 30 minutes from home, such good news. The reviews are all over the board and in my 3 visits, I've experienced the good, bad and ugly. From poor counter service, wrong order, dirty tables (all booths on 2/19 at 1:30). We even had to ask for plates after pizza was brought to the table. As did the booth next to us 15 minutes later, same server. Yet, the pizza is so good, I tolerate all the imperfections. But I understand the complaints...too expensive, poor service, not clean at times. At some point even RT lovers will quit going there. Same owner as the closed Temecula location??? Seems like it...please get more consistent and better! read more

The service was fine, the pizza was what I expected, a little expensive though. Now onto where the experience went south. The self serve beer station sucks. They don't sell pitchers of beer. You get wristbands and have to keep a tab. You get charged by the oz. we had approximately 32oz of Stella and a foamy7oz of coors light. It came to $19.75. I would expect to pay about $13-$14 for a premium pitcher of beer at a pizza place but like I said earlier they don't sell pitchers. I left feeling I was price gouged. read more

We arrived a little before closing on our way home from a mini vacation. We were greeted by a very proper young man named Brandon D. He took our order and gave us some suggestions. They salad bar was closed yet he went out of his way to make me a salad. The pizza was delicious and to the right crisp. The cheese twists we give a perfect 10.
