The other night I ordered online from their site. We picked up the pizza and headed home. Once home we opened the 3 items and 1 was made wrong the other missing some sauces. The manager ended up having new items delivered! It was great to see them handle it more than they needed to. The food was great and the service just as good read more

Today we decided to give Round Table pizza a try. We ordered a large Hawaiian and a medium pepperoni bell pepper with mushrooms. The fresh tomatoes, perfectly melted cheese and savory umami flavor mushrooms have made each bite feel as though it was made right at home. The pizzas were tasty with flavorful crusts. We'll certainly visit again. read more

I have been going to Round Table for over 30 years. What keeps me going back is the Red Pizza Sauce. When I order my King Arthur Supreme, I always ask for Extra Extra Sauce. Recently I went to my Round Table and ordered my usual King Arthur Supreme with extra sauce. It had been several months. When I got home I soon noticed that something was wrong with the taste. It was the Red Sauce. Somebody changed the Sauce and now it tastes more like Tomato Sauce and not Sweet and Spicy like before. Please if you are someone in charge, could you please change it back. I have over 30 years of history with Round Table. As it stands right now, I am not sure if I will return. read more

While the manager of this location has gone to alot of trouble to create a nice restaurant and nearly always produces an excellent pizza, I have received 2 bad ones over the past 3 months with the same problem. For this reason and after being dissatisfied with the response from the manager about the issue, I decided to post a review. Here is the problem: While much of the new staff since the pandemic is responsive and friendly, the pizza makers have gone downhill. Both yesterday and once about 3 months ago, I received a pizza where the vegetables were just thrown on top like a salad, after the pizza was already cooked. They were never baked & roasted as usual and completely raw, like a crunchy salad of vegetables sitting on top of my pizza, including uncooked crunchy onions. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, he acted like there was nothing wrong and maybe I needed to request a "well done" pizza in the future. I said that I have never heard of a "well done" pizza, and why didn't they just cook the pizza like they always do? Again, he responded that everything on there was prepared as normal. No it wasn't! I purchased one of these 2 weeks ago, and that one was "cooked". So they threw this one back in the oven to cook the vegetables, but now the cheese was burnt. I will not be going back here for quite some time, if ever. I may be done with this location. They need to hire people that can consistently cook a pizza correctly. read more

Great place to go and chill in the afternoon, grab some great pizza and salad at the buffet and watch sports or work on my laptop. Plenty of room, spacious seating and not loud. I really wish they had WiFi though! I'd be there twice as often. Please consider it! Most restaurants have it these days, especially ones as big as yours. Add it and you'd get five stars! read more

I drove 15 miles to get me some round table. Is it a little expensive (ye but I'm not going to eat the leftovers of some other pizza place the next day) it's that good. Order the Italian garlic supreme (delizioso) read more

My family and I came in on a Saturday for lunch. The place was very busy. We noticed only one girl Trinity working register and tables. I would have to say I'm actually impressed. This young girl took all the orders by herself and was bringing out food to everyone by herself as busy as it was she was so friendly and attentive. The pizza was great and we enjoyed our visit. Great place to eat with your family. read more

Thank you Round Table! We had our end of season pizza party here for my tiny lil schoolyard division kiddos! They hooked us up with a discount, even though at this age the teams are small. The whole staff is very friendly and just on it! We will be back for sure! read more

Simple, if you are not able to serve buffet because of a leaky roof, then offer your customer a medium pizza for the price of the buffet. Do something that makes the customer feel wanted. Ridiculous to not be able to recognize the opportunity to be the Noble Knight .... read more

I just want to say thank Brandon for the amazing service. He was very kind, helpful, pleasant, and very patient. The food was great! He made us feel comfortable and welcoming. Very sweet guy. My group and I noticed Brandon making conversation with others customers, and they seemed to enjoy speaking with Brandon. The atmosphere was great. Clean location. Thank you once again Brandon (shift supervisor) for a great experience. You're awesome! Definitely will be going back and hoping to see Brandon there. read more

Tried to schedule my grandsons birthday party over a period of 4 days. Each time I would call, they said they were too busy at the moment to help me. They would take my phone number and call me back. After 7 phone calls no one called back. Finally after demanding to speak to a manager Bob and Shawn they were still unable to assist me. We have decided to find a more customer friendly location. , read more

Round Table Pizza - King Author baby! - Pizza Near Me - Murrieta, California

So Round Table Pizza has always been quite nostalgic for me. It was my first job as a teen and I've always loved their pizza. So I figured I go in and get a pizza since I've been on a quest to find good pizza. I got an extra large with half chicken and garlic gourmet and the other half Italian garlic supreme. It was really good and the manager is really nice. My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey and that's what keeps me from going more frequently. So if you go, make sure you check out their website for coupons. read more

Round Table Pizza - Outside - Pizza Near Me - Murrieta, California

Made an attempt to call in an order on Sunday evening. After getting a busy signal several times, someone finally picked up and said I called a private home. I dialed the number from the website. Today, which is the following day, I called the same number from the website and received a message saying I he'd reached Round Table and was I picking up or delivery then the line hung up. I called again, and someone picked up the phone and identified himself as "Dave." I asked Dave if I could speak to the manager. He responded yes and told me to hold and that he would connect me to the manager, then the line hung up again. I'm not sure if someone is just playing around, but that is definitely bad for business. I will just have to take my money and spend it somewhere else. read more

So decades ago i worked at Round Table Pizza. It was an early job for me, nothing special, but i always loved the pizza. So today 2/24/22 i dropped into this location. I was greeted by a very nice man named Wayne. He offered me solutions to any pizza decision i might have. I settled on a personal pizza, reg crust, and did the ham and pineapple: i asked for it to be cooked "well done" which is a nice crisp to the regular version. Got it in a timely manner and it was delicious. Ive had better pizzas in my life but for a chain pizza restaurant it was damn good. The service puts this place a notch above the others. The service aspect of society has diminished but not on Waynes watch. He provided a fresh alternative to this day and ages lack of quality service. He was kind, sold the product, and could hold a conversation. Overall great experience and i will definitely return. Thank you for a much needed change and a flashback to when customer service mattered. read more

Good pizza just 30 dollars is to expensive for a large one topping pizza. The order was taken through grub hub which I did not want hard to understand the web site read more

We Arrived at 1045am. They open at 10:30. The Salad bar was filled and ready. The Pizza was still cooking. The Pizza was out at 11am. The lunch buffet is $9.99 a person then the drinks are $2.29 each. The salad bar is well stocked, everything looked fresh. The Pizza bar had several pizzas, garlic bread, and cinnamon bread. I see people complaining about the pizza. It's pan style pizza, good flavor it's not covered in grease like many pizza places. The Pizza sauce has a nice flavor not overly garlic like many places. All toppings were fresh and delicious. The drink machine offered many choices. The staff was friendly. The restaurant has a Clean, fresh look. There are Regular large booths. Tall booths. And a Long table for seating. There is plenty of seating. They have 6 TVs, a game room for the kids. It Looks like their adding a bar as well. Glad we stopped in to give them a try. We will definitely return. read more

Wayne was super helpful and welcoming! I've never seen a Round Table Pizza look this nice! I'll definitely be back.

The good... The pizza was delicious and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and very modern with lots of seating and multiple tvs for sports. The bad... The food was overpriced. An extra large pizza which wasn't as big as we expected was $33. The personal side salad was $9. WAY too much for a side salad. The self serve beer tap system is confusing and hard to use. My son tried playing 5 different video games and none of them worked. I really wanted to like this place. We came because we recently went to a round table in Rancho Bernardo that had great specials and an all you can eat option. This location didn't have either. It has potential but I feel like they need to have some promotions, charge a reasonable fee for their side salad, fix their broken games and have someone to help with the beer tap system. read more

Waited over 1 1/2 hour for my ONLINE ORDER! The staff wasn't friendly either. Ridiculous!!! Never coming here again.

Food was good but they are severely understaffed. Definitely order ahead and be prepared for the wait. Shoutout to Austin for taking care of us. read more

Pizza and service was good as every other time I've been here. However, something is up with their beer taps. Every beer I poured was 50% foam and had to wait for for it to go down... Someone tried to tell me, on my first stout, that it was b/c of the beer type... read more

Really annoyed of the manager here. Her name was Susan. My family walked in 1 hour prior to them closing. Susan was SOOOO rude. The constant eye rolls to my family, the constant slamming of drawers, the constant attitude of just being rude to us. She even had the nerve to say. I'm just trying to get this place closed down and registers closed. When keep in mind. They were still open for another hour since we have arrived. She obviously hates her job and shouldn't be working for a customer base in the first place. I will most likely take this to higher management because how we were treated is not okay. I feel so sorry for the employees working there. They were so sweet. Caleb held it down. Props to you! But you can tell he was new and I would hate for a "manager" like this to mold him into someone like her.. Period....Susan was very disrespectful. Not to mention none of the games worked. They had not change for the games. read more

The pizza here is excellent. The restaurant has been open all through the pandemic, for take out orders. Recently, they started allowing dine-in as well. The owner is super nice and the staff is also great. Very friendly and efficient during the lunch hour. My orders have always turned out great! I would certainly recommend this location for the service, quality and prices. read more

I LOVE round table but this location is not it. They told us our pizza would be 20 minutes and it wasn't ready for 40 minutes. After finally being able to eat our food we asked for Ranch dressing and the lady asked me how many and we asked for 4 sides of ranch, she brings me two so once that is done I send my husband up to the front to grab more ranch and she walks past him MULTIPLE times without asking him what she could do for him or if he needed anything, since he is shy I did tell him to speak up and ask but the customer service here is just terrible! read more

Delicious pizza but way too expensive for for a small XL that's only 16". Great customer service every time I walk in to pick up my pizza and the entrance/counter are always clean. The delivery area isn't that large at all. Guess that's a good thing otherwise I'd be HUGE! read more

Part of my order was a to-go family sized salad. I requested 4 of the blue cheese and was given 2. I asked for 2 more, and the young lady requested a dollar, saying that only 2 were allowed, "for family size?", yes. In the past, they were very accommodating, not so much with her. Pizza great, salad great, issue with salad dressing, lousy. I think I will keep my $50 Pizza run on hold and go with $10 Winco for the summer. read more

Great service and pizza is always on point. Highly recommend RT! Good deals too. Beer section is the cherry on top

Overall service of every cashier/associate at the round table location in Murrieta, CA is absolutely awful. They need to either completely get rid of their entire staff and start all over again or get some legitimate customer service training. I have been a long time customer and lover of Round Table and am completely disappointed and astonished by how terrible their customer service employees are. Please someone, get these people training and teach them how to deal with people and POS systems. This location would run a whole lot smoother. read more

Went last Friday about an hour before closing. Order a large half and half pizza with some wings and garlic bread. Honestly some of the best pizza and appetizers I've had around here. The beer station is super cool also. The food was great and I believe it was the manager working the front, he was very polite and provided awesome customer service. Definitely will be a regular at this location! read more

It's our first time ordering from Round Table here and we are glad we did! No greasy messes from this place - the pizzas were fantastic! The toppings were fresh and the crust was just right - we couldn't ask for better. We ordered online too and had the food delivered. It was easy to do and the service was just as great as the pizzas - and they kept us completely up-to-date on the delivery status from the store to the front door! Thank you Round Table, we'll definitely be back! read more
