First time I have been disappointed with my order from this location. We get pizza and boneless wings almost every week from this location as it is just down the road from us. I was very disappointed and annoyed to see that instead of getting boneless wings, we were given chicken nuggets with some sauce poured on top. Just sad and pathetic. We get boneless wings regularly and these clearly are chicken nuggets. If I knew we'd be getting this sad excuse for "boneless wings" I would've just grabbed them from my own freezer. read more

This is honestly the best round table. I drive 20 mins out of my way to go to this location. I placed a pick up order and didn't check ALL the food until we got home (they did show us just the pizzas which al looked great). But once we got home and opened the box of twists, they were sooo burnt. And the bottom of the pizzas were so burnt. With the price increase on their food, it's obviously just really annoying to pay for food cooked this way. But because this is honestly the best location, I will let it slide... and to all the posts saying this place is filthy.. I don't get it. This is legit one of the cleanest locations with literally the nicest staff. read more

Poor service! We ordered two pizzas - have ordered here for years- they got it wrong and I wanted it corrected. They said they needed to take back the incorrect pizza in order to make it right and re- deliver. It's Covid Times! My kids were starving, yet we had to wait another 40 min for the correct pizza. They delivered again and then asked for the pizza back. This was clearly procedure over service 100%! They should have said, feed your kids, we correct the mistake, and we will make you a new pizza! Poor service Furthermore when I reminded them of Covid and my hungry kids they said they had to verify they did it wrong... I said I'd take a pic. Haha that wouldn't do it for them. I happened to have Round Table Pizza when I visited Sacramento for Christmas. I went to the Round Table at 4400 San Juan Ave. It was excellent. Round Table Pizza at 4400 San Juan Ave gets 5 stars. Round Table Pizza at 7943 Greenback Lane gets less than 1 star. The latter is part of a different ownership group. For good Round Table Pizza go to 4400 San Juan Ave. read more

We ordered 2 Pizzas for pickup, one was a Flatbread Pizza with NO MUSHROOMS. The receipt showed the pizza was ordered with NO MUSHROOMS and the crust was regular pixza crust, NOT FLATBREAD. My husband picked up the pizza, brought it home, I opened the box and my Flatbread Pizza had mushrooms all over - and the Flatbread was Pizza Crust. I telephoned the restaurant and spoke to the "manager on duty". She apologized and offered to make me another pizza????? Another Pizza? That would take another 45-50 minutes before I could eat. I asked that she refund the price of the Flatbread Pizza to my card, she refused to do that. I will never order another Pizza from this, or any other Round Table Pizza. Lacking a lot of ingredients that are supposed to be on it. I even ordered extra sauce to try to make up for it but you can tell they're not putting all the products they're supposed to on it and cheating you out of it. $33 for a small pizza is way too much. We came in to order pizza today and we were charged almost 80$ for TWO pizzas which i thought was outrageous to begin with, me and my family then sat down and waited for our food to be ready then we asked if it was dine in which jeff and gyanna both replied no, although i ate inside the store just a week ago with no issues, i completely understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic but if you guys are going to make a rule then you should be consistent with it. When we asked for some ranch we were given 1 small sauce cup of it and when we asked for some more jeff gave us an attitude that we didn't appreciate. We received a coupon in our bag stating that the dine in IS available and it is dated for 2021. Overall horrible experience and i will NEVER be putting my hard earned money into this business again. Most people know Round Table and think they know what they are getting when they walk in, but this particular Round Table puts others to shame! The veggies here are always amazing. The pizzas are super fresh and delicious. The salad bar is always beautiful, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We just had my sons 10th birthday here and the staff made sure to check on us and make us feel like we were at home. They went out of their way to make sure we had our pizzas exactly when we wanted them and had everything we needed. Evverything was perfect and we all had an amazing experience. Mark, the owner/manager is the the most unprofessional and rudest business owner I have ever encountered! I ordered a pizza for delivery with LIGHT SAUCE. When it arrived it was knee deep in red sauce...I called to ask for a replacement pizza. I was directed to manager Mark who told me he would NOT make me a new pizza with light sauce. I find this location to have all the "old charm" of Round table. I am pretty sure the decor is from the 90's and it takes me right back to my younger days when pizza was life. Management is present most times I visit and the crew is usually all hands on deck when the house is full. You can here members calling out " fresh greens" out of nowhere while someone else quickly refills the salad greens and someone else wipes the salad counter clean. I really appreciate management's choice to support students and seemingly putting crews of college age kids together to work around classes, learn responsibility and how to interact with real live people. This location is always clean, well stocked and gladly accepts coupons online or paper- I appreciate hassle free savings! Yes, this location has the mon-fri lunch buffet and the classic "round table" we always sit at this table, even if it's just the two of us. There is a reserved area for large groups and there is no additional charge to utilize this great space; just call and reserve . This a response to the comment left by the owner "Marc" on my previous review. Marc I am glad to hear the heater is now working and that you accept the fact that you need to work on the customer service issue. However, you still could have made an effort to compensate for the no heat until it was fixed. For example, if that was my business, I would have done a few things to ensure that my location's reputation would not be tarnished. 1) I would have only stayed open for deliveries. 2) I would inform the customer before the order was placed that the heater was in fact not working and then mentioned that you are offering 20% off because of the inconvenience. 3) I understand that some people don't care about comfort. But I still would have disclosed the broken heater and then waited on their reaction to see if I need to offer a solution in order to keep the customer. (This last option to me seems somewhat unethical, because I assume that everyone would like to be warm while they eat, but if you want d to save money you could have at least done this.) I'm glad to hear about your upcoming renovations. I'm not entirely sure when you bought this location, but I've been coming there for at least 10 years if not more. Luckily the outside of the store and the whole shopping center had an update that helped the appeal of visiting. But esthetically it looks exactly the same on the inside, except now it seems even more cold, sad, and empty. It's definitely a very sterile environment. There weren't even any TVs on that night we went, also some Christmas decorations would have really helped warm up the place. Once again if cost is an issue I've heard the 99cent store has a wonderful selection for decorations. It's the little things that show that you are considerate and care about your customers. Spent Thanksgiving with my wife's family in Sacramento. Having our fill of turkey and all the fixings, I wanted pizza and read reviews about this popular pizza . Ordered a large King Arthur which featured pepperoni, sausage, peppers, and olives. My wife and daughter chose a pineapple and ham pizza with a white sauce and large family salad. The cost was $81.00. Both pizza choices were good, but not standouts. I did would not consider them signature offerings. I would recommend not going here,if I could they would get zero stars . I have given them one to many chances. I did not ask for much but lite sauce on my pizza and when I received the pizza it had a tremendous amount of sauce on it .There is a reason I ask for pizza this way I have toddler who doesn't like a lot of sauce and I get heart burn from to much sauce.
