We went on Saturday night, it was very busy, there were new workers, although they very friendly, it took a while to get our order, when we got it about an hour later, it was not hot, we mentioned to the waitress when she came by, and the manager came over, she was the most friendliest, professional, and kindest person, she apologized and got out order out within 15 minutes, HOT and delicious!!! I ordered my pizza around 6:30 pm and now it is 9:01pm. I have NOT received my pizza yet. I have never been this dissapointed with someone this much. They had called me to let me know it would take 1 hr 30 mins which I agreed to. I should have gotten my pizza around 8 pm. Now 9:35 pm and still no pizza. No calls or any updates. 10:27 and no pizza. They told me they have no pending orders. That is ridiculous and unnaceptable. I made a few calls asking for an update throughout the wait time.That is so wrong. And then they ask if I still want my pizza today or tomorrow on the house since it's already payed for. 10:55 pm and I just got my pizza. read more

My husband, daughter and I arrived on a Friday night at 4 pm and their was two tables ahead of us. Their was only two people working and their customer service SUCKED! The girl at the counter was slow and acted as if everything was an inconvenience. My husband ordered a beer and it took her ten minutes to even pour it and another ten minutes to serve it. As soon as you walk in and meet the staff u automatically feel like family and that is very special and unique to me and my family. Round table is one of the things I look forward to when I visit this area, they don't have one where I live. I ordered a combination for delivery, when I finally received my order an hour later, I received someone else's pizza. I called to see if maybe the delivery driver had my pizza and maybe could get mine but to no avail. When the employee called me back about 8 minutes later she asked if they could make me the same order and have it delivered, which would take about an hour I chose to pick it up. Frustrated that I wouldn't be comped for something, not so much as a discount to come pick up a pizza that I had to pay delivery fees for, oh and I also had to bring the other pizza and it was inspected to make sure It hadn't been touched. I used to rave about this place. My family, friends and I have been getting pizza here for over 30 years. So disappointed to see the quality and customer service declining. The last three times we have ordered pizza for delivery it's been late, cold and upsetting. Once it was over an hour and a half after it was ordered. Tonight we gave it another try...1hr 20min after order was placed and the driver called looking for the address. Will take my business elsewhere. read more

Have been eating here for over 25-30 years. My favorite pizza is my custom original thin crust white sauce with mushrooms. I am vegetarian for 13 years but when i ate meat I loved the linguisa pizza. But love to change it up with mushroom, jalapeño, olives. Or a simple all pineapple pizza and the flat bread pizzas are great. Better flavors for the flat breads. Have to get Artichoke hearts on pizza as well of course cuz it's in the Artichoke Capital. It is definitely the Best chain pizza place ever. This particular "round table" is just better than any other round tables. I dont know why but it is great and when i see the pizza fresh, coming toward me i still after 25+ years look at it and think "this looks so bomb" cant wait to eat. The upgrade made the look 1,000,000 times better. Added many Big screen t.v.'s , new layout, the games are 100% better than the last piece of crap games they had for too many years. And the games are only 5 cents so your kids can have a ball for $3 instead of $10. I recommend this place over all pizza "chains" read more

Best customer service ever! Employees are really kind and do their best to keep customers happy . Pizza is so good from the dough to the sauce to the toppings freshly cut . Salad bar always looks delicious and its big so theres a lot to choose from . If theres any delivery inconvenience i know the crew will do their best to accommodate me and make me happy . I would give this place 100 stars based on food quality they literally have the best pizza around! Which is why I drove from Monterey tonight to get pizza. I phoned in an order and asked what types of combination pizza they have, the girl on the phone wasn't really helpful so I just said "can I please have your guys's combo that comes with artichokes" which I now know is called the "Wombo Combo" so when I went in I was helped by the Manger "Corina Barientos" who gave me the worst customer service I've ever had. She told me I should have known the name, it wasn't her employee's job to explain the difference to me. I asked if it would be possible to remake it and she said we could but you would have to pay for both. She was disrespectful and was not taking me seriously what so ever. I have been coming to get this pizza forever and I've never had the terrible customer service I experienced tonight. I now left paying for a pizza I didn't want, and angry. I know this place is family ran but I think it would be in the families best interest to not allow her to deal with customers. She can be making pizzas in the back but that woman has no business in the front I am so disappointed and will definitely take my business elsewhere. read more

Pathetic. What good is a pizza place that won't get an order right? I picked up two pies asking for extra sauce, and there was almost no sauce on either. When I called the manager and complained, he insisted that's what extra sauce was and had no intention of correcting his mistake. If you want good service and good food. Go elsewhere. The place is just remodeled and looks amazing !!! I have 3 small children who enjoy playing the games which are only 5 cents to play.. $5.00 keeps my kids busy for a while.. Unexpectedly supreme customer service. We ordered for pick up today, even though there is SO much traffic, I wanted to make my own salad bar. Their salad bar was clean and fully stocked, which I was excited about and appreciate. The staff was very nice and I made my way home. Upon arrival, however, we realized that the wrong meat was on our pizza. Even though we knew nothing would come of it, we called to just notify them of the error in hopes someone else didn't get a wrong pizza in a switch or something. The manager was so incredibly nice and understanding, and went above and beyond what ANY pizza restaurant offers these days. They sent their delivery man to our house with a whole new (and piping hot!) pizza. A full sized pizza! And we did not have to give back the original pizza, which is a good thing because everyone was so hungry and just picked off the meat. Needless to say, we are beyond satisfied with the staff at Round Table Pizza. Thank you for exceeding expectations, and really for having not just kind and good service, but for doing what literally no other place will do to resolve an error. Pizza has gotten very expensive these days and to know we are paying for not only yummy food that satisfies, but having the promise of genuinely good customer service, is worth the price indeed. read more
