Basics rule. I was in the city and we needed dinner at home. Haven't had a pizza in awhile. A simple 16'' sausage. A very good pizza sauce on a hand tossed, they also offer thin. This would be a standby for me since I hate national chains. I think most people order ahead of time. Not a long wait but no atmosphere whatsoever so you would tend not to eat in. The owner is so kind and will do anything to make sure you're happy. It's very reasonably prize considering all the toppings they put on they're not skimpy with anything. Ordered an Italian beef pizza, and literally had 4 small chunks of beef on a large pizza and hardly any sauce. When asked why there was so little meat, they replied that they "ran out"!!?? Huh? I am so disappointed as I used to love their pizza. I asked for a well done cheese and was presented by am uneatable pizza. The delivery person didn't place the pizza box on the bottom, rather on the side and all of the cheese was left on the bottom. Big fat disappointment. Will never order from here again. read more

Ordered pizza at 5. Was told it would be approximately 45 minutes. Called them again at 6:54. First thing they said was not a greeting it was, "We aren't taking any more orders tonight." AT 7 pm on a Friday night! Asked about my order. Said it would be 15 minutes. The store is 7 minutes away. It's now been 25 minutes. Not sure if this business is going to make it. The in store experience is not a great one either. The pizza, however is good. So it's a shame. Update: Yelp must be magic. Just posted my review and pizza showed up 10 minutes later. Asked if an oven broke down or something. No. Just busy. Sounds like it's time to invest in growth or you won't be busy for long. read more

This is very obviously a family run place- NOT that there is any problem with that. We chose the dine-in option for a Saturday night dinner, not realizing we should have ordered take-out. Why? See the following: When your kids (owner) are hanging out they should be quiet and polite, not riding their hoverboard around the building and being hyper st the counter. Employees should note this as well- As there were some choice words from a young man employee when the computer would work (sh-t and pain in the a$$) loud enough for everyone of my kids to hear which was not a great thing. Several open cans and drinks were set around the various tables (but nobody seated) the entire time and there was a microwave or some such machine on the floor of the dining area. It didn't help that their card reader was out of receipt tape either. He said the card went through and that I could just sign the original one brought to the table and write no tip on it. After reading other customer reviews I made sure to photograph it before handing it in. Now the pizza- super yummy! We've been to a lot of the Chanhassen up through Excelsior local pizza places and the specialty pizza here was awesome (we had the philly cheese and it tasted just like one) and a straight cheese both on regular crust. The crust was buttery and crisp, with a hint of bounce. Very good! It ranks above Grizzly's and Joey Nova's in our book. If I had it to do over I would order the pizza to go so as to skip the dine-in "experience." If they don't want to be a dine-in, just take out the tables and divider. Maybe put in a high-top waiting area and offer a sofa while they wait for their order. By don't leave a messy dining area for customers to see. read more

Good pizza! We live in Victoria and the selection for pizza (or any restaurants for that matter) is slim out here. I'm not big on chains, so I'm relieved to know that a decent, local pie is a phone call away from Roulette's. This time we ordered the "Motor City Style" pizza, which I had no idea even existed. It's a 13x19" rectangular pizza with a medium sized crust, which has a good amount of "crunch" to it (not too much, not too little). The sauce (which IMO is crucial for good pizza) is really good. We ordered sausage, green olives and garlic, and were very pleased. The garlic is a nice touch and I recommend it. We also ordered Garlic Cheese Bread, but weren't overly impressed with it. It was good, but not great. 3/5 stars. It was decent for $4.99, but if I paid $7.99 I'd have been upset if that makes sense. We ordered from here once before too. I don't remember much about the order other than that it was good. Roulette's is definitely a solid place to get a decent pie, and they have great service too. read more

I'm hoping the pizza is good. They said 20-50 min when we called at 6:30pm. It's 7:30pm now. They called and said they were out of Alfredo sauce at 7:00pm. I show up to pick up and they claimed they found some. As I'm sitting here waiting, I see a person in the back with a blood nose napkin in his nose. The people here didn't acknowledge that I was here till 15 min after I arrived. This is the only pizza joint in Victoria. Please take some pride in ownership. read more

Just moved to Victoria today (3-27-15). Sad to find out there's no eateries in the area. But what do people typically order/eat when moving...Pizza! The only place that (really exists) delivers is this place. Read the reviews, weren't too bad. To be on the safe side I ordered a simple 14" Regular Crust Pepperoni Pizza. The guy on the phone was friendly. Surprisingly, the pizza tastes good?! Now I wouldn't go around bragging about it, but from here on out I will be ordering from here. Even if Dominos (horrible customer service), Pizza Hut (super greasy) & Papa John's (ok customer service) all of a sudden become local & deliver in my area. The only con I have is the crust is a bit on the chewy side, not a fan. read more

I'm from out of town so I usually go to local places like this with high expectations. The staff was very friendly. We ordered a family cheese pizza, medium pepperoni, and a medium sausage, onion, and bell pepper pizza, boneless hot wings, and breadsticks. The cheese pizza had a lot of grease on top which was kinda expected and it was still good even as leftovers. The pepperoni pizza looked good but I didn't have it. The sausage, onion, and bell pepper pizza hit the spot. All the ingredients were good including the crust. The bread sticks were probably the best I've gotten from a local restaurant. The boneless hot wings tasted funny. They weren't crispy and the "hot" flavor was probably what made it taste weird. If they tossed them in actual wing sauce then they'd have some good wings. I personally didn't like the ranch they give, Hidden Valley had to come in clutch for that one. read more

They have incredible pizza but it is annoying when I call at 8:30 and they informed me that they are unfortunately closed when their hours say 'open until 9:00pm'. And I understand closing the shop and getting ready for the employees to leave, but then put your hours to 'We close at 8:30-45' if that's when you stop making pizza it's irritating and disappointing. read more

This was our first time ordering at Roulette's. The woman on the phone was really nice, as was the delivery driver. Customer service was great! We ordered a pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and chocolate cookies. The pizza was great! The sauce was really good and all together delicious. The breadsticks were good, but not great--thinner than expected, but still a nice addition. The cookie were WARM which was unexpected and a nice surprise! We will definitely order again! read more

I was a little nervous to try this place, I'm picky about my pizza! There was a groupon a few weeks ago so I gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. We had a thin crust and it was really good, just like I used to love in college, lots of cheese! I wouldn't plan on eating in as the inside is very small and kind of looks abandoned. This is pretty good pizza. Not world class but if you live within 5 miles of Victoria it's a pretty good bet. I recommend carry out or delivery. The dining-in experience leaves much to be desired as it's basic as basic gets. No beer, no ambiance, and looks like they must baby sit their kids at work which reminds me of most Chinese restaurants. Again, I do highly recommend the thin crust pizza. I have given this place business for years. The customer service is getting worse. Orders getting messed up and they look at you like........hey! Not our problem. When you order brownie bites.....it would be nice if they said, oh, we are out, or no, we are doing cookies now. Try explaining that to 6 kids! I had a history of a pizza order in THEIR computer......but hey.....this time I want an allergic topping! Makes sense!!!Confirm and re-confirm orders......or you are stuck with what they give you. My wife was working late one night, so I took the kids to Roulette's for pizza. We have been to quite a few pizza places around the metro, but none that got a reaction from my kids like this place. All 3 kids said, "Dad, this is REALLY great pizza" before I could even ask them if they liked it. For my kids, that is something very unique...I usually have to ask, "How is it?" or "How do you like it?". Also...we took some home for mom and she (un-prompted) said virtually the same thing. DISLIKE!!! A friend of mine gave me a gift card. The card stated it was good for a 16" Special Pizza. We called for a carry out order and told the person who took the order that we had the actual card in hand. When my sons went to get the pizza the OWNER (Troy D Snell) would not honor the card. He told my sons that the card had already been redeemed. I find this hard to believe as we actually had the GIFT CARD in hand. My sons paid for the pizza $16.01 (which was burned) and left. I phoned TROY D Snell the next day to ask what happened. He immediately started to argue with me and got defensive. I asked if they MAY of made a mistake and wrote down the wrong card number in their book and WHY we would actually had the gift card and why they don't take the card from the customer when redeemed. He said yes it was possible they wrote down the wrong # and he did not have an answer on the card...but continued to argue. My point is this...rather than loosing my business and telling EVERYONE I know about the OWNER and writing this review., why he would not offer a future coupon for me? read more

This is my favorite pizza place in the area. The original crust on their pizza has just the right amount of chewiness and the sauce is perfect. I like to get just pepperoni as to not distract myself too much from the amazing taste of the sauce and crust. Prices are about the same as the big chains. Maybe a little more in some cases but not substantially. Yesterday we ordered pizza for carry out and it was perfect as usual. Also was ready in about 15 min as committed. Have ordered delivery in the past and was on time. Only thing is I wish they were open more hours. We had a birthday party and I would have liked to get roulettes pizza but had to get papa johns because roulettes wasn't open. read more
