Don't get me wrong I enjoyed my experiences with HAS, but the drive became too much. Golden Massage Spa sits by itself in what looks like a house turned business which gave it a cozy and relaxing feel. The ladies were very welcoming and even gave me a tour when I arrived. The place was clean and well kept. I absolutely loved my massage. The pressure was perfect since I prefer a very deep tissue massage. The heated tables were a nice touch, and they also included hot stones with the massage. You see those prices? Will I'm definitely going back to try the massage with the body scrub next time!

He's a true miracle worker with an almost intuitive ability to find tension and pain without me having to say a word. These are genuinely the best massages of my life. I did not appreciate that the guy who took my reservation made me give him my full credit card and code over the phone even though I said I was very uncomfortable with it. Now if it was on a secure website, fine. I don't know him and what he's going to do with it. I also did not like that they have a questionnaire you fill out when you go in that asks you incredibly personal things like do you have kids, how many, if your married, when did you get married, what salon did you used to go to and why you stopped going. Left me feeling super uneasy, and vulnerable, all for a haircut?!! This is not a high end spa, no need to get that personal. No thanks.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and friendly. The office is very luxe, clean, and smells amazing. When Dr. Hank was ready for me, the vibes were VIBING! We laughed the entire time, which made me feel so comfortable, but most importantly... my face!! I booked facial balancing, and goodness, he did his thing and the discomfort was minimal. I went in thinking I needed more than I actually did, but what I really appreciated was that Dr. Hank is not the kind of provider who will recommend or do something just for the sake of doing it. He is honest about what he feels is best for you, which made me feel comfortable and confident in his recommendations. Honestly, it felt like a close friend was my injector (in my head we are friends now ) I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely be going back!

What we're not going to do is rewrite what happened to make this sound like a scheduling…read moremisunderstanding or a communication issue on my end. That was never the issue. Screenshots attached. I spoke directly with Dr. Hank before traveling from Boston about my follow up and additional treatment so it could be handled during the same visit. I then arrived and found out he was not there. Your office told me he was in training and couldn't get out of it. Dr. Hank later told me he had a plumbing emergency at home. Those are two completely different explanations, and that's exactly why this felt misleading. Dr. Hank's text that "if travel and provider availability are important factors to you" is frankly absurd. Travel and provider availability should be important factors to every patient. That is not some unreasonable or unique concern of mine. Whether a patient is local or flying in, clear communication about who will be available and what to expect is basic professionalism. There are plenty of aesthetic practices that can perform these treatments. That is not the point. This was a follow up related to treatment I had already done with Dr. Hank, which is exactly why I flew in. Trying to reframe this as though I should simply go elsewhere completely misses the issue. As someone who also works in healthcare, I find the nonchalant handling of this especially concerning. Aesthetic practice or not, patients still deserve honesty, continuity, clear communication, and respect for their time. What's most concerning is not that something came up. It's the inconsistent explanations, the dismissive response, and the attempt to minimize a very valid complaint instead of just owning what happened. That's not a misunderstanding. That's poor communication and poor customer service.
