Any competent business would immediately take full responsibility and fix the issue. Instead, we had to chase them down. After contacting Marta (receptionist) and Anet (manager), they told us to bring the materials back for verification--wasting even more time and effort on our end. Once we did that, they admitted it was THEIR mistake and even apologized... but then refused to fully make it right. They only agreed to exchange or reimburse 5 pieces and refused to take responsibility for the remaining 15 pieces that THEY incorrectly provided. That's not just poor service--that's completely unethical. They expect the customer to absorb the cost of their own error. This kind of behavior shows a total lack of accountability and professionalism. It honestly feels like they just don't care once the transaction is done. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If you absolutely have to come here, inspect every single item before leaving, because once you walk out, they will not stand behind anything they sell--even when the mistake is 100% theirs. There were no visible signs posted anywhere indicating that parking was restricted or that the lot was private. Rather than communicating like reasonable people, they chose to involve law enforcement over something that could have easily been clarified in a calm and respectful way. They have everything you could possibly want and it sure beats driving down the hill. Yes, prices are 30% more expensive than Home Depot down the hill, but you're paying for convenience. They deliver for free on the mountain, but the lumber wasn't as good of quality as I was hoping -- the plywood seemed OK (seemed to have some rot in the middle). Kinda surprised given the price. Another time, I went in the store at 450 pm and whatever you do, God help you if you come in at that time. Everyone wants to split at 4:59 .....they'll be pushing you out the door no matter how much crap you desire to buy. RFL works well for many things, but every now and then you'll have an experience that leaves a bit to be desired. Good place to visit in a pinch.

Would not give me back on two items cash said the register will only process them as gift cards " what the heck " I have major brain surgery during which I had a stroke. The Ace garden center used to be my happy place. I love to garden and have purchased many plants,…read moresoil, garden lights and pots there. But today they made it impossible to park in front or in back of the garden center. At 3pm I went to the garden center because I needed about 5-6 plants. I need to park close to load them in my car. But they had a food truck blocking the 3 front lanes and then cones blocking the 3 spots in the back. I asked if they were open and they said yes but suggested I park across the street. Well I am over 60 years old and carrying 5-6 plants across the street was not appealing to me. I would think they would leave parking open for shoppers. I am going to try the garden center in Rim tomorrow as I heard they cater to full time residents and they have convenient parking. It's a bummer that some businesses don't make it convenient to shop at their stores.
