I had a dentist when I live in Wheaton that was less than a mile away, and she was good, and it's a hassle finding a new dentist. I moved to Russett in 2020, and I kept going all the way back to Wheaton for my dentist through 2023. My girlfriend recommended her dentist Colesville Dentistry, and she was right! I first arrived here in May 2024, then November 2024, & most recently May 2025. Wow, this dentist is top notch, blows the Wheaton dentist I had out of the water. The staff is friendly, efficiently gets you in. Dr. Chai, other dentists, & technicians have been friendly doing a great job with the cleanings as well as advise on better dental habits. Also, this is a state of the art dental office. When you are lying on the dental chair, there is a TV screen above you with high definition nature scenes which is peaceful when the dentist isn't exactly the most pleasant experience even with Colesville Dentistry being the best case scenario goes as far as the dentist goes. They have great technology with computer modeling of my teeth & more, which the prior dentist I had fell short. Although it's still not super close to my home, still easier than going to Wheaton and worth the drive. Overall, I highly recommend Colesville Dentistry.

From the moment you step through the door the receptionist, Anna, welcomed me with a big smile and offered me a tour of the facility. This was unexpected but I appreciated the level of transparency they want to share with their patients. Anna was also very helpful in gathering my records from a previous provider. I was taken care of in a timely manner and I really enjoyed how Pedro, the person performing my dental cleaning, was explaining every step of what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The doctor that came to see me after my cleaning was done was also very nice and attentive. The facility is neat and accessible. Plenty of paid parking all around the building. What is most frustrating is that this policy was never disclosed before treatment. Had I been informed in advance that I would be expected to pay out of pocket despite having insurance, I would have declined the services and sought care elsewhere. Patients deserve complete transparency regarding financial policies before any work is performed. Springing unexpected payment demands on patients after treatment is unacceptable and undermines trust in the provider. Being upfront about costs is a basic expectation of any professional medical practice. The lack of transparency left me feeling misled and frustrated. Regardless of the quality of the medical care, billing practices like this are enough to make me never return or recommend this office to anyone. Patients should know exactly what their financial responsibility will be before consenting to treatment--not after the fact.
