The staff is very friendly and work hard to clean your car the way you would like. Disappointing Service Experience…read more I recently visited this shop for a simple tire issue, and I was left feeling quite frustrated. I approached the technician, who happened to be Vietnamese, to ask if he could help inflate one of my tires. To my surprise, he completely ignored my request. His demeanor suggested that he was not only disinterested but also seemed genuinely miserable in his job. It's disheartening to see someone in a customer service role who appears to dislike their work so much. I understand that everyone has their off days, but this was beyond just a bad moment. I left without the help I needed and felt quite unwelcome during my visit. I hope management takes note of this, as a little professionalism and a positive attitude can go a long way in customer service. I won't be returning. This is the only place that has turned down someone who needs a simple air pressure input. Only one tire.

They don't sell much in terms of food or something to drink because there's no convenience store at this particular location. No bathroom is available. They do have air and water for your car. As far as the gasoline product does... Shell gas is very good for mileage. If you need at a little oil to your car... They sell that here too. As far as safety goes... I've never had a problem with this location. I think it's safer to go there than most gas stations. Fill up here and get on your way real quickly! Highly recommended.
