It was having a hard time cooling the house the beginning of July so I called them back. They came out and told me they didn't know what was wrong but charged me $200. When I got the bill it said they needed to put oil in the system so I called them back and they said well we think the compressor is going bad and we are trying to get the manufacturer to cover the replacement under warranty. Someone will call you back. A week and a half later I get a random email with a picture that I have never seen with an estimate for refrigerant. I called my husband because he was home that day and asked if they had been by. Nope no one had come. So I called them and told them all of this. They told me that was the next step to getting the manufacturer to cover the warranty part. I called bullshit and had someone else come out to look at it. The said the compressor was bad and needed replaced. Well slowly in the last 3 weeks the ac has gotten worse and now stopped working entirely. I have a baby and child at home and we are going to be hot next week. The worst part is my unit was under a labor warranty when I initially called but thanks to this scamming company it is no longer so I am going to be out at least $1500 and have no ac in high temps with a baby at home next week.
