Someone will call you back. A week and a half later I get a random email with a picture that I have never seen with an estimate for refrigerant. I called my husband because he was home that day and asked if they had been by. Nope no one had come. So I called them and told them all of this. They told me that was the next step to getting the manufacturer to cover the warranty part. I called bullshit and had someone else come out to look at it. The said the compressor was bad and needed replaced. Well slowly in the last 3 weeks the ac has gotten worse and now stopped working entirely. I have a baby and child at home and we are going to be hot next week. The worst part is my unit was under a labor warranty when I initially called but thanks to this scamming company it is no longer so I am going to be out at least $1500 and have no ac in high temps with a baby at home next week.
