The furnace inspection turned out well, with our older unit functioning properly and no need for any repairs. We are interested in getting a quote from Patriot for a newer, more efficient furnace and/or supplementing our heat source with other types of units; however, this was upon our request and we did not feel pressured by Patriot to replace our current properly functioning furnace. I have a disabled person in my home, and it's been miserable dealing with this heat. I would not recommend this company at all for anything!!!!
