Amber was pleasant to speak with by phone, and Travis with Patriot Hearing was at our home the next day. The furnace inspection turned out well, with our older unit functioning properly and no need for any repairs. We are interested in getting a quote from Patriot for a newer, more efficient furnace and/or supplementing our heat source with other types of units; however, this was upon our request and we did not feel pressured by Patriot to replace our current properly functioning furnace. Travis was professional, knowledgeable, and the service was timely and affordable.

I got a call at 8:23 right before I was getting out of the meeting. All the voicemail (converted to text) said was that I was scheduled for them to come to check my unit. I text them right back and asked that they notify me when they reached Rangely. I didn't hear anything from them so i left work about 30 minutes or so later. finally, call them back and Mike was rude and told me he was AT THE HOUSE WHEN HE CALLED AND SAID HE WAS IN THE VOICE MAIL. which is not what the arrangments were nor did he say he was at the house. He told me he was no longer in the area and would not be back. I begged and pleaded with him, and he said no. he was very rude about it and very unprofessional about it as well. he kept saying he did not hear back from me at all and didn't have time for me anymore. I have a disabled person in my home, and it's been miserable dealing with this heat. I would not recommend this company at all for anything!!!! I will not be calling on them to help with anything I need in the future either.!!!!! And this company came highly recommended. not sure how they can be so good to others but not someone disabled!!! My daughter informed me she was at the house by the time MIKE Was supposedly there and she said no one was there when she drove up and no one knocked on the door.
