He was extremely courteous and regretted that we were unhappy with our experience. He offered to waive the entire invoice but we settled on paying the labor and parts minus the 'Service Call' fee. We both agreed that in the future we would request an estimate prior to having the work performed, so that we could evaluate the potential charges and prevent sticker shock afterwards.
