Avoid this thief and his daughter. I was willing to pay $200 an hour labor, but they ended up almost 4X that amount. If they will do this to a loyal and long-standing customer, they'll do it to you.

We had a larger company come out and recommend that we change out our 5 year old HVAC system to the tune of over $12,000. Holder came out and looked at the same system and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. They always answer their phone and have a great sense of humor to boot. These are our go-to guys!! I don't worry when I have to call them for any reason. Thank you Travis and company for always being there for us.

This company has done right by me twice now. First: Lee Company tried to scam me into replacing my…read moreHVAC unit at hefty price, stating: The system is beyond repair. It was a cold day during Thanksgiving week, I had family staying from out of town and we had no heat. After a week plus, due to insurance red tape, I still didn't have heat, insurance said the unit could be repaired. I was recommended: Simply Service Company. Brian came out and fixed a minor part and had it running in no time for a relatively small price in comparison (I cancelled my Lee Company plan, garbage company). Second: I needed to have a mini split system unit moved and the condenser unit put on a pad, Brian came back out, assessed, gave me a price, and I agreed to have the work done. Again, I could not be more impressed with the work Brian did. It's very hard to get good, clean, professional work done these days. Simply Service and Brian do just that, time and again. Brian's attention to detail and work ethic is second to none. He worked until it was completed, and perfect, and for the price quoted with a smile on his face -- even though it was damn cold out and the sun had set hours before completion. This is the company, look no further. --Cory
