Right after they left I left to go to Walmart for groceries when I returned I heard a hissing sound from downstairs? I looked around and saw hot water steaming everywhere on my floor and you could hear and see the WH dumping hot water from my overflow pipe all over my floor. Seems the over temp sensor was bad open so it wound up dumping hot water everywhere. Talk about a nightmare I spent 4 hours wet vacuuming hot water and dumping it outside in 20 degree weather. I called up to complain the following morning about what happened they didn't say or do much just said sorry? So much for that lovely experience using Hacker Plumbing. All they had to do was check everything out before leaving but I guess they were in a hurry? Think they burned a bridge with me.

She doesnt know any of the men's schedules of clients or that can help. Leave messages with the secretary doesnt help either. When the guy came to do the plumbing part before the concrete was poured did it in a few hours. He still had a lot to do. He disnt show up the next day to finish. We couldn't do the next step on the garage until he completed his job. We left messages with the guy on his cell, left messages at the office several times. Eight to ten weeks past and couldnt get the guy to call us or come out. He finally called back last week and said he will be here on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 to finish the job. This morning we called several times on his cell and left voice messages, called the office and left a message with the secretary. We haven't heard a word from him and he never showed up. I DO Not recommend this company to anyone!

John was AWESOME! He came out as soon as he could and went through the trouble shooting with me so…read morethat I would completely understand the issue. I had several, control box fried, wiring fried, pump fried not to mention it was wired with the wrong type of wire by the previous owners. It was about 8pm when he came out to the house. After the troubleshooting, he replaced the control box and there was still an issue which he tracked down to a bad wire under the house. Unfortunately, the house is on a concreate slab so we couldn't run a new wire that way. He told me to go ahead and run the wire myself so I could save some money that way. The next morning I dug a trench for the new wires from the house to the well, (no well house) and ran them in conduit out to the pump location. He had a root canal appointment in the morning so this gave me time to do it. John then came out (with and having a root canal the hour before) an tested the new wiring and it was good to go but the pump was for sure bad so we replaced the pump as well. 90ft deep to pump, took about an hour or so and he was done. Recommended a few replacement parts as well that I took him up on . I would follow his suggestion as you don't wanna have to do this again. This guy was great from the first moment on the phone to the end of the job. Extremely professional and even apologized to the wife about the mud we tracked in without me asking. Explained everything in detail so I knew what I was paying for. I had a bunch of questions for him lol. There are new pumps out there for 400-500$ or so but you get what you pay for. The one I went with was a little more expensive but worth it to keep from doing this again in the long run hopefully. He said he believed the pump had been struck by lightning and caused the failures and even mentioned turning it into insurance which never crossed my mind so we wouldn't have to pay all of it out of pocket. His labor charge is very fare for the work performed. Keep in mind, not a lot of people do this type of work around here anymore. He showed up ready to work and got right to it. Final opinion, I would DEFINTELY RECOMMEND SEMO WATER WELL & PUMP to anyone looking for fair pricing, quick response, and an honest guy that is trying to save you what he can to better his business. You will not be disappointed in him and his work! Brent, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Flori! DO NOT PAY THEM UP FRONT!!…read moreDO NOT TRUST THEM TO REGISTER YOUR WARRANTIES. THEY WON'T! They'll tell you a story about people not paying so you have to pay UP FRONT! I think the reason they have problem getting paid is due to their unbelievable BAD customer service. Look at all the single stars reviews on this site. We paid them in full, thinking a new unit wouldn't have any worries. We had a problem and had to pay to have another company (HEISE heating and air), come in to make things right. We called and left messages for the owner Mr. Rice to call back and he didn't call back for over 10 days, and only because we wouldn't let it go. We called over 5 times and stopped by in person 3 times, and he finally contacted us. Flori's owner Mr. Rice never even offered to come look for himself. David the main field guy, after we paid in full for a new Bryant unit, said "I could have installed anything I wanted! You already paid me!" Our new unit warranties wouldn't have been registered properly if we hadn't checked on them ourselves and finished filing them properly. DO NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH FLORI !! Call Heise Heating and Air in Cape. They care! 573-335-2265

They replaced it and it still didn't work. They returned several days later and placed a filter. My air conditioner is still not working. That's $1900 later. Now they aren't talking about any solution to resolve the issue. Don't use them unless you want to waste your money and time.
