The office is impossible to reach. I called multiple times a day for several weeks to get my equipment. I ended up having to call their national office to get contact info for a regional director. Horrible experience. read more

I am very disappointed I have been waiting two months for my machine and I had to call the doctor myself to get the results, to send to insurance then I had to call to get the authorization and I get the authorization then a week later they say they have not got it when I know they did and now can not get hold of anyone and still don't have my machine. They were good for a while, then it went bad. I was a customer for a few years. When it was autoship, everything was great, except for price. Then, I switched over to ordering as needed. Since then, it's been awful. I've been ordering for six months now. The product never shows, and I get no response as to why. When I call customer service, I get routed overseas, and the language barrier prevents good communication. I just want some supplies, but I don't think Rotech is the company to provide them. I have to find someone else who wants to serve my needs. read more

Rotech is a National company. You can get oxygen, CPAP/BIpap supplies or machines from them. Their local affiliate used to be called Hooks and located elsewhere in Milford. You can order supplies from them thru the 800# or local office. I had to go to the local office to get my CPAP card read because the doctor's office couldn't. They were supposed to send me a replacement card and envelope for me to send this one back. They never did. This has happened before. Their hours are 8-5 M-F so not convenient for working people. They try and scare you into over-ordering supplies. It really adds up even with insurance. They keep pushing to throw out instead of cleaning. I visited the office and had to wait while they finished their tasks. They even have signs on their desks to not bother them. That's what I call customer focused :) Their office was very hot - poor A/C. Maybe that's why they are grumpy. They had a big fan running. read more

Horrible place to deal with. The therapist I met with to get my CPAPmachine was extremely rude and condescending. I almost walked out twice during the process of getting it. My daughter who is an RN was with me and was shocked at how she spoke to me. Left with my machine and no intention of dealing with them again. Fast forward a month later and I get a call from them saying my insurance is out of net work and I need to return the machine. Call insurance company who calls them and speaks to the billing department and confirms that my insurance is indeed in network. Hear nothing from them until 3 weeks later I go to my dr for my follow up and get told by my drs office that Rotech is telling them I am out of network and they have an order in place to come to my house to get the machine from me. Call my insurance company AGAIN and thank God they had notes in the system from the previous call and they spoke to them again and was confirmed that I am in network ( forgot to mention I paid my $163.14 copay to them that they had billed me for) and my insurance company told me not to return the machine to then because they have processed the claim already and Rotech confirmed to her my payment I made. NO ONE from Rotech has reached out to me to apologize or explain their error. I do not recommend them and if you do call to schedule an appt with them be prepared for no one to answer the phone and you will play phone tag for a week or more just to get an appointment. My parent needed portable oxygen delivered to his home. He made daily calls for 2 weeks, even to their emergency line. Never did he speak with a live person or get a call back. He has a critical issue and had to reschedule an angiogram due to no oxygen. Ultimately he called the doctor line and resolved this, however their customer service is terrible. I do hope he doesn't end up having a serious medical issue due to the delay in treatment. read more

The office does not answer their phone and they do not return messages. I have not been able to follow-up on my account for weeks. The on-line support simply provides the same phone number that does not get answered during their limited business hours. Extremely difficult to work with. read more

Rotech use to be a good company. It has gone down hill. As of the first of the year they will only deliver oxygen every ninety days. They want you to bring your empty tanks in and exchange for new ones in between. Most people on oxygen are not able to do this. Beware of this company..... They can not keep good drivers. read more
