I told her she didn't speak to me yesterday that I called the number on the emailed invoice and they told me they couldn't change it; that I needed to logon to their website. I couldn't logon to their website so called them. Heather told me too bad; she couldn't do anything. Have to love this Customer support! I also have been mailed empty bags of equipment. Had to call them a request a reshipment. Sorry I went with this place a year ago. Nothing but headaches.

Bioworks billing is not customer friendly. I would not do business with them again…read more I got orthotics for my daughter. They charged $185.00 for each for a total of $370. I assume this is in-line with industry standards. After insurance paid their share I was sent a bill for $39.46 in June. After tracking down the insurance payment, I paid the bill in August. In September a debt collector started harassing me for a $15 late fee. The debt collection never asked for me to pay the bill (because it was already paid). I called customer service and they refused to waive the fee and call off the debt collection agency. I pay numerous medical bills and have never incurred worse customer service.
