This company is so terrible, please do not use them. There customer service has terrible communication, they don't go into detail what you'll be getting charged for, they have it in fine print on there paper and not telling u that this section is very important. The billing department doesn't listen when your talking to them and ask a question, they just tell u what they hear and not what u had asked for. The supply department is the rudest people I ever encountered, they tell u u only have 3 days to return supplies, on top of that u don't even need and they take upon themselves to send, I never opened the supplies because we didn't need them and when I did they sent the wrong parts for a different machine I have to take the loss on these parts that I'll never use ,there a bunch of thieves I wish I never dealt with any of these cold hearted people. I beg u don't go to this company they will rip u offfff big time please run the other way!!! I would have gave a double zero if I could!!! I paid close to 500 dollars for the supplies thats more then what the machine cost to rent, way more!!! read more

I, had open heart surgery, that alone is an eye-opener about the costs of medical additions, aspirin, bandages and so on... I, was ordered oxygen, by a doctor, still not sure which one did it, but they chose Rotech to deliver and be the ones to be responsible. 5 days after getting home I, asked for the Oxygen to be picked up as I, was not using it, I, have a CPAP machine and since I, don't smoke and my stats were 97 percent I, did not use oxygen at all. Phone calls not returned, main office not answering and messages left not answered, for 3 weeks that went on. Oh, now I, feel like I, am a fish on the hook as I, am paying for oxygen that I, am not using, several calls to ask them to pick up the oxygen, tanks and machine and no one responds... then comes the statement, a Doctor ordered it.... my reply, I, don't care, come and pick this stuff up... the reply, you need a doctor to cancel the order. my thoughts ::: For the love of God, this is why medical costs are so high, this is why people get so frustrated over health care. it is all about them making money, from payments by insurance and the patient they have you on the hook. Rotech, bottom feeders of the worse kind, reminding me of the fish that attach to the shark and suck nourishment from the host. would I, recommend Rotech? no, any company that puts dollars ahead of what the patient wants is no one you want to be involved with. read more

Before heading to my appointment, I checked out the reviews and was slightly nervous. I was pleasantly surprised with the assistance I received. The gentleman up front answering phones were polite and seemed to be efficiently scheduling appointments. Dan promptly came and called me back at my appointment time, was a very down to earth, friendly guy...took his time explaining every detail of the CPAP machine (I've never used one) and patiently answered any questions I had. I don't think it could have possibly gone any smoother...thank you! read more

ZERO STARS! Well, so far in three days I've had 3 no call, no shows for oxygen bottle delivery for an elderly family member. Down to one bottle so what are we gonna do for the dr. Appt next week, she needs 2 bottles to make it to the dr. and back. Very upset and disappointed that our seniors and those of us who care for them in our home to keep them out if nursing homes are treated in this manner. I am complaining to Medicare first thing Monday morning and every day until the oxygen bottles arrive. Very Upset. New patients, try another company! read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had ! The manager will not return calls nor the staff . If you're lucky enough to even speak to someone ! I've gotten more answering machines then spoke with people . I was told a week and half ago that they would be in my area in one week to pick up my oxygen tanks , a week went by and on the day they were supposed to pick them up they did a no call no show . I wasted a whole day waiting ! Then when I would call no one would answer and when they did they said they'll talk to the manager and call me right back ! No call backs for the last few days only me having to try to get ahold of someone there ! Now I've been on hold to speak to the manager for over 45 minutes ! Still on hold as I wrote this ! If you can find another company to go through then do it ! read more

This is the worse DME company to receive supplies from. Their phone agents do not communicate with each other especially when headquarters are somewhere in Kentucky. Calling the local LV office to reach anyone is impossible. They ship the wrong supplies. I finally switched DME companies despite the tremendous hassle because customer service is so bad. read more

Sean Watson Made this experience into an experience that turned from bad to excellent he helped multiple times what I needed including but not limited to Working with doctor nurse and everybody else to get machine then problem with hose he got handled than other company that delivers supplies He fixed that problem and got me a temporary equipment till mine right stuff got shipped wow without Sean I would be on cpap hell. Bruce also good guy and helpfull. If u r undertaking this journey I would not do without calling Sean this is from some who has been through it!!! Thank you so much! read more

Zero rating !! Have tried for a pickup of equipment for 3 weeks that they schedule then on day of pickup they decide to tell you they need a discontinue notice before they can pickup equipment .. and they wonder why theres a supposed shortage of oxygen equipment it's due to the companies lack of FollowUp and pickup of equipment.. read more

Came here after trying to get a cpak at another company here in Las Vegas. The other companies service was terrible, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt and professional service received here at Vital Care. My last visit I worked with Dan, he helped me adjust my Cpak, answered all of my questions and was most helpful. I do not normally write reviews, but felt it was warranted he read more

If we could give NO stars for this company we would. They are not very professional at all. I have filed a complaint with my insurance company. The respiratory therapist was not helpful when choosing a mask and did not explain all the information related to the CPAP machine. The office manager Jennifer is very disrespectful and would not take our calls for questions. Blatantly ignoring our calls. Horrible company read more

Not only do they treat patients like dirt, the employees get treated just as badly. Thank goodness I left when I did

Not happy so far. I have to go in to the office after having back surgery a few weeks ago. They won't send someone out until next Thursday s. I received a faulty walker, and this customer service so far stinks. read more

DO WHATEVER U MUST TO AVOID USING VITAL CARE! My 90 year old dad is a Veteran, and on oxygen for the past year. This is the company the VA uses. I call every Monday morning at 8am to order his oxygen. I ALWAYS ask for a morning delivery. And NOT ONCE have they delivered before 5PM! Tonight Jamal showed up with his DATE IN HIS WORK VAN. I'VE HAD IT WITH THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!! read more

The worst company I have ever dealt with. O stars. First they delivered the wrong equipment and came without any advance notice. Next. when i was having difficulty using the Bi-Pap machine i was unable to get any genuine assistance. After multiple requests they finally came to pick up the equipment but the driver's paperwork was incomplete. As a result, they falsely claimed for over two months that i had not sent back the Bi-Pap, sending me several threatening notices. Worse still, because they claimed i had not returned the Bi-Pap, Medicare would not approve me getting one from another source. This went on for two months , forcing me to hire an attorney. It was only when an agent of the court contacted Vital that they admitted the machine had in fact been returned. I never received an apology. They seldom answer the phone and rarely return phone messages. Trust me, this is a shortened version of how terrible these people are...all are either incompetent, inconsiderate, or both. Beware. read more

My dad came to stay with me for a couple months and the VA set him up with oxygen while he was here. They did deliver the oxygen on time. We still have the empty bottles. My dad has returned home. We've called them numerous times to have them come pick up the bottles. They did call once and said they would be there "tomorrow". They didn't show up nor did they call. At this point, I guess if they want their empty bottles back, they'll eventually get a hold of us?? read more

If I could give them zero stars I would for the following reasons: The Veterans Administration (VA) in Las Vegas, NV contracts with this company to provide oxygen to Veterans. In August, my husband was told by Vital Care they would be setting up a delivery schedule with him. To-date (November 2017), they have failed to even make a courtesy call about his oxygen needs. I'm sure the VA has received numerous complaints about this company but nothing has changed, especially after reading the 7/4/2017 review. There has to be another oxygen supplier with better customer ratings in the Las Vegas area to serve our Veterans and others. read more

Giving this company a single star is too much! We have been waiting since March 2021 (almost 4 months) for my boyfriends C-pap to be approved. During this time he has had a heart attack and been admitted to the hospital 3 times! Granted he does have medical issues, however, his sleep apnea is a major contributor. The representative assigned to us is named Shawn, he was rude, deceitful, and a straight-out liar. The office staff is no better, Sabrina is just a guilty as he is. They repeatedly submitted inaccurate information to the insurance company resulting in numerous delays. We are no longer working with them, I suggest avoiding this company altogether. They care nothing about the patient or healthcare, I can't even say they care about money since evidently, they have lost a lot of customers. I hope this is a sign that they will be closing down soon. I have notified the insurance company of their "bad business ethics" and how delaying a patient of their medical equipment costs the insurance company and consumers more money because of needed doctor appointments, medical treatment and hospital stays due to not having their medical equipment. The insurance company confirmed that they have had many complaints and are looking into this. Please stay away from this company or your overall health will suffer along with your families, the stress is not worth it!! What they do to people is pure evil! read more

This place is AWFUL. Not only do they not show up, but thinks its funny when you finally get a "real person", and this only happened once in over 3 yrs. I'm at my wits end. They have serviced my concentrator only once .. Twice they left message when they were coming and never showed up. Wonder if they are charging for the NON Service they don't give. Need small traveling tanks, but no luck. read more

This is the worse company to use if u need medical supplies...I have waited over 2 months and all I get are excuses. I am over it and moving on to others that want my money. I can't believe MGM uses them, I am doing my best for them to stop using them. read more

My review is totally positive. All of the personnel I have dealt with in person or over the phone have been first rate - friendly and professional. They carefully explained the use of my new CPAP machine and its care, and even swapped out the headgear when I didn't like the original. The company's compliance division just called to go over insurance requirements and could not have been nicer or more helpful. Sorry that others had a bad experience, but I'd give Vital Care an A+ so far. read more

They contract out of state facilities to deliver their products and they seem to be competent. But Vital Care here in the Vegas area is the most incompetent org I have ever seen. They do not return phone calls. Even when you reach someone they give you the run around. I have been trying for 5 months to replace a CPAP machine. I am now going to another source. These people are incredible inept. Find someone else, it doesn't get any better. read more

This is my first time with Vital Care, I have been on a cpap machine for 18 years. It has greatly improved my sleep apnea. When I first went in for my appt. my technician wasn't even there yet. They had to call him at home, granted I was early for the appt. When he did get in he smelled of alcohol which was coming out his pores. Preceded to tell me what size mask I needed as if I didn't know. When I wanted to exchange for a smaller mask, I was told to bring my machine and everything in so I could be sized. I hate to say this but, after 18 yrs you would think I would know what size I wear. read more

If you want to live, do not work with this company!!!! My mother was released from the hospital with a strict oxygen requirement and not only did they not deliver oxygen that evening (after confirming TWICE that they deliver 24/7) but it was two hours before I even got a call back (at 11pm) with the delivery guy telling me he would be another hour. NOPE! NO THANK YOU! I called the after hours line and left a rather explicit message for the owner of the company to call me back. NOTHING. It has been 8 days. They owe my mother a portable pack so she can go outside and go to her dr appointments, but nothing. They are not returning her calls! This company is a sham! The owner of this company is a disgusting excuse for a human being. The after-hour delivery drivers are more concerned with their own needs than actually servicing the patients. I am filing reports with everyone I can in hopes to put this operation out of business and also to get criminal charges filed against them. Last time I checked, we all need oxygen to survive...and some of us need it more than others! I pray to God none of your customers die...that would be their blood on your hands. YOU ARE DISGUSTING! Again people...if you enjoy breathing and living...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more

Horrible experience with this CPAC retailer. I have 30 days until I lose my CPAC machine if I don't use it. I had a mask that was not a good fit. Went to their office and they did not have all the sizes (real professional) and stuck me with a medium size. Three days later I called their phone number 702-384-2424 and left a voicemail. Here I am almost 30 days in and I have no new mask! I have called everyday and left 7 voicemail messages telling them that I need an extension since they DONOT answer phones at all in any way. They hide behind the excuse that they return calls by leaving a voicemail with NO way of contacting them. I left messages asking for extension so I can get a live person. They never do anything such as email you or call during the parameters you give them. I tell them all after 11am. They do the opposite of course!! It is almost like they are trying to avoid me by calling at 9am every time. This place I am reporting to the better business bureau. PLEASE unless you want to go threw the same exact thing GO IN PERSON. I hate this place with a passion. Losing my CPAC machine because these guys are screwing around like a bunch of stupid teenagers is gounds for their licensing to get investigated. I seriously had 2 near heat attacks (on social security disability) from my blood pressure going through the roof. I should also tell you that if you choose the option that is for billing they will route you to someone out of state. Then have the out of state reach out and get you someone live. It is total BS. ALso they have no way to update the situation and let the insurance know that they messed up and I need to have my start date changed. They can no do this at all and are worthless. Word to the wise, get the exact fitting mask and pray you dont have to return it or change sizes. read more

I have never dealt with a respiratory company before and the hospital just threw this company at me when I was released. To start off I was discharged with only a 1/2 3 hour tank. Nothing was really explained to me I called as they told me to when I got home. They arrived within the hour. The setup person brings me 3 - 3 hour tanks & a home concentrator. Hands me a book & writes on the front of it & says you might want to go to these page numbers & read about the concentrator & tells me someone will be by tomorrow with more tanks & supplies. Well nobody shows, nobody calls so I found there # & called them & asked when was more supplies going to be delivered I was told it would of been 2 days ago & I've heard nothing. They look my account up & say we will have a delivery person in that area on Friday. He will bring you some more portable tanks. I said do you know around what time he will be bye? We really can't say but he will call when he is heading your way. I replied you mean to tell me you don't know if it will be in the morning, afternoon or evening? No, but someone has to be there because we don't redeliver. You have to come to the warehouse & get it yourself. My daughter went down & got 3 more tanks because Friday was still a couple of days away. Come Friday I received no phone call just a knock on the door & a gentleman standing there asking if I was so & so? I have a delivery of 10 - 3 hour tanks for you. I said that's all? (because they only deliver every 90 days or 30 depending on what your Dr has prescribed) He says yes & takes my empty ones with him & brings me the 10 in. He says you don't have a stand that these sit in? I said no or no way of caring them around other then under my arm. He says you've got no sling to put one in or a dolly to pull the big tanks with? I said no, nobody said anything about that stuff. He goes out to his truck & brings me in a rack to hold the tanks in, a dolly for the taller tanks that I didn't have or was even told about. I was concerned that if the power went out I would be SOL. That's when he replies that's why you are suppost to have had 2 big tanks for a back up it the power does go out. Well I was down to only 3 full small tanks & still had herd nothing from them. My daughter calls them & they said yeah bring your empty ones down & we will give you 28 more. We go down there & guess what? Gee he only has 3 tanks in stock that we can come back tomorrow for the rest. It's been a week now & nobody has contacted me about it & I'm down to 2 full tanks. NOW WOULD YOU OR ANYBODY YOU KNOW WANT TO DO BUSSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT IS RAN THIS WAY? I have contacted my insurance company & told them we need to change the company that I receive my oxygen supplies from & explained to her just what I just wrote & she was shocked & said no problem. We won't be using them anymore & I will get you a new company. read more
