Now I need a CPAP machine and stopped in to try out different styles. They said to call first so they could make sure they had my prescription and enough styles for me to try. I've tried calling for 3 months. No one ever answers nor returns my calls. I've emailed them several times. No replies ever. They need some competition then, maybe, they would realize the customer deserves some respect and maybe they would not try to rip off the customers they do have. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I have dealing with a billing issue since Jan 2026 and it's almost June…read more2026. I've called multiple times relaying the info from my insurance that they need to re-bill under the correct NPI. They billed incorrectly and I was charged out of network service. I spoke with several different customer reps who promise this is their busy time and it would be escalated. I called 8 days ago and the rep told me they were waiting for my insurance to get back with them. When I asked what could possibly take so long they said there are long wait times and I could call myself. I replied I have called and got the information for you and your correct NPI and asked if we could do a 3 way. He reported no I could call on my own. After he told me he had to speak with upper management and he put me on hold. Then I asked to speak to upper management and he stated they weren't in office yet and I could leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail and still no call back. Do yourself a favor and find a different company!!! Stay away from Norco Medical!!

After 13 phone calls, and working with Washington Attorney General's office and BBB, my advice is…read moreto stay away from Lincare Incoporated and any of its offices - as they all bill through the main offices. We prepaid for an oxygen machine for one month. It was returned within the month. Since then, we get two different bills from two separate groups at Lincare each month for the oxygen tank with new monthly charges on it. (Remember we prepaid for a month and only had it for a month, so we owe nothing.) However, the charges for services not rendered or requested increases every month by 115 dollars. I have called them 13 times. 5 times they told me it was resolved. With over 8 promises of phone calls back, they never called back once. Talking with supervisors produces similar results. Their favorite excuses all revolved around the fact that the person we need to talk to is not avialable now - either timezone - sick - vacation - out on a call etc.... Twice, I have gotten them to admit was returned, and that the have the equipment - all to no avail. Some of my bills come from Ft Lauderdale office, I have written them letters, and they cannot bother to respond. To paraphrase Judge Aquilina, I would not even let my dog use Lincare. Don't say you were not warned.
