Krystal killed it today- I went in with zero lashes (long story) and she put on a brand new full set so they are now fabulous- I had such very sad news delivered during my session and she made sure my lashes survived all the tears. She was patient and sympathetic and made a rough time easier all the while doing what she could to ensure my lashes survived. I can't say enough about having such stellar people working there!!

I placed an order for some adhesive on December 16, 2024, through her website, which states that orders will be ready within 24 hours. However, as a lash business owner, it's unprofessional for me to have to reschedule because the owner doesn't adhere to her store hours of 9:30 AM to 5 PM. Today, December 18, 2024, I arrived at 9:30 AM and it's now 10:45 AM. @ 10:06 i recieved a message my order is ready for pick up ... I've gone to the store several times, but no one answers the phone or has opened the shop. I've also tried reaching out via email, Instagram, and text. If you're considering shopping here, I recommend placing your orders weeks in advance to avoid similar issues--or maybe think twice about shopping here altogether.

If you're like me, you know what you want and it NEEDS to be right. I'm picky AF when it comes to my lashes so finding the right person is of the upmost importance to me. I'm sooooo glad I found Tiyi! I sent her like a million inspiration pics of what I wanted and she did not let me down. I know I was being annoying or picky and she never made me feel that way even tho I knew I probably was. But come on now girls, we can't play when it comes to our looks! Tiyi made me feel so comfortable and we chatted it up! It wasn't those weird awkward experiences and that makes allll the difference. The vibe in her studio was so chill and can we talk about how FAST she works?!!' She deff knows what she's doing. I was nervous like umm how did she seriously finish this fast ?! But after getting the mirror and taking a look I was over the moon! And it didn't end there, what's the next thing you get worried about? Retention. I'm 2 weeks in and I don't think ive lost one damn lash lol. She is the best in the game! Whether you're looking for the "clean girl no makeup" look like me (classic set with brown lashes) or something more dramatic and eye catching, Tiyi is your girl!

You could definitely feel a warm sensation as Michele's hands passed over you. She has a calm, quiet, energy about her and a terrific sense of empathy. The space was calming and serene. In the week that followed, I experienced a lightness of mood and being (which I haven't had in quite some time) and I found it easier to wake up in the morning, instead of lumbering out of bed like a cranky wolverine. I went for the first time to see Elle and let me tell you, best experience I've had, She is kind,…read morebut that's not what sold me, I have had other eyelash extensions here in Palmdale and nothing matches up, at least not 5 stars that is. Okay not 5 stars but I will rate her 4 stars and there is a reason. She just started her business here in the Palmdale indoor swap meet. She is under going construction and stil trying to get clients. So she still ranked a 4 star, but soon I believe wll be a "BIG 5" I have had my lashes done on 47th and Ave S and I have to say it was a horrible expeience; my eyes were open the entire process and my eyes burned the whole time, when we were done my eyes were blood shot red, eyes burned and hurt. How could that be healthy for your eyes, i thought to myself. Some one could go blind after a few times with that procedure. Well here with Elle, she puts extension on with eyes closed, so that burning does not happen. It maybe a little more expensive, but I would rather pay a little more than an for some un-experienced person thinking they know what they are doing. Then she "Ellle" put this hydrating gel band under my eyes, felt good. The other place doesn't put anything - a, "hi, lets get it done, pay me and goodbye". was all I got. You have got to go see Elle, I promise you will agree, she is TOPS. Thank you Elle for my BEAUTIFUL new eye lash extensions. My boyfriend say's I look very sexy.
