But I had an issue with the lady upfront this past Monday at around noon. I had a denture made and I was told to stop by if I needed to get it adjusted more. I did need to get the dentures adjusted a few days later, which was expected. Unfortunately the lady upfront would not allow me to see any dental staff because I had to make an appointment. I told her what my dentist said and she said too bad. I could not wait anymore days because of the discomfort of my new dentures. She would not cooperate but I was persistent. She mentioned that I needed an appointment no matter what. The staff was out to lunch. I had to wait on my dentist return later in the week. This went on for about an hour before she relented. Once I got in to get the adjustment I felt better immediately. And I was in and out in 15 minutes. I will continue to stay with Agave Dental because of the quality of the entire staff. If I wasn't happy with the superb service I would have moved on. It's too bad that one disrespectful person could hurt a business without them even knowing.

Came to the Clinic and the Receptionists were Courteous but that's where the the Courtesy stopped. Why did it seem that all the Women at this Clinic were curt and not friendly? I get more Courtesy at any cheap Restaurant here in El Paso. I have been working in the Health Care field for more than 30 years. Patients are our Customers and are in Pain and deserve Courtesy. Maybe I can't see their Smiles because of the fd eh Masks, but none the less. Dr. Darj the (barely) loose bridge would cost the entire amount of coverage, 3 grand. How convenient. I guess as a Senior Citizen any other repair will be out of pocket.. I was told that all the other work I discussed having with my last Dentist couldn't be done. Too many missing teeth. They insist the implant work had "already started," yet there's zero documentation to back that up. No explanation of benefits, no insurance claim--because nothing was done. This feels like a deliberate attempt to bill for services not rendered. I don't take writing negative reviews lightly, but this one could save others from a costly and frustrating experience. Be extremely cautious and demand written proof before agreeing to any treatment.

Jessica made everything easy for me with her quick responses and kept me on track. The hygienist did a great job hands down 5stars same with Leslie and her team mate made sure I was well every chance they had. They work great with the doctor! Everyone and even the manager had been very polite, its like as if they are 100% real people. Either they get paid very well or they love what they do! You expect them to tell you everything they are going to do to you prior to consenting to any type or surgery right? But that was one thing that was never mentioned. The lady that comes in to charge you and claims to be the office manager is the the rudest person in that place. When she explains the charges she tries to tell you everything quick like she's obviously trying to make you feel rushed before so you can sign quickly. When asked questions she barely answers and now I see why. When I called back to ask why I was being charged for a bone graft the lady named Claudia who I'm sure was the same lady I dealt with due to her tone and attitude in her voice began acting very hostile, extremely rude and basically couldn't give a straight answer. Her reasoning was, we charged you that because you got it done. Now I looked at videos of what a bone replacement graft is and my procedure looked nothing like that and again was never mentioned. Anyway, learning experience. Positive things: the staff ( besides that awful woman) were very nice and welcoming. I dealt with the dentist that extracted my tooth and a different one when I went back for the follow up and both very nice and professional, answered all my questions. I didn't know about the bone graft at this time until after I left the follow up if not that would have been a definite question. I would say next time but I'm not so sure if I can go back to this place. Im very upset to that "manager" handled the situation.

I am beyond frustrated being the middle person and will never go to this dentist again!!!
