They have a crazy credit card payment system and they may have charged me twice because they thought it didn't go thru. The doctor was very thorough and I felt comfortable with working with him. Last, since I will not be returning, I asked for my medical records to be sent over to the new office. Good luck with that process as they won't answer the phone or respond to emails. It will take at least a week to get them transferred over according to the person who handles that process. Don't be fooled by the low intro prices they offer, it's not worth it and the other charges can get expensive quickly.

They said he needed more work than what he actually needed. My 9 year old had 4 crowns put in at the Dental Ark a year ago. Makes me wonder if he actually needed so much.
