Gail was the listing agent for a property we were looking to purchase. She answered all our questions during the open house and when we were submitting an offer thru our agent. I guess when dealing with a prospective business deal, she needs to be nice and responsive. Once the deal is completed, I guess we don't matter any more and she'll ignore you. There were two things that marred our home buying experience. 1) When going thru the final walkthrough, we noticed several things wrong. One of them was the CO detector was missing from the wall. You could see hole from the anchor that used to hold the detector to the wall. We brought it up to her but she didn't do anything about it. I expected her to either pay for one or refund us the amount of a new detector but she didn't. We didn't have picture proof of before and after so I guess it's he said/she said. Lesson learned. If we get another home in the future, take photos before and after regardless of who the agent is. 2) After closing escrow, we expected all keys and garage remotes to enter/exit the property. We were given the keys on time but were not given the garage remotes. The seller lived out of state and was out of the country at the time of closing. My agent asked several times for the remotes. Initially, her Customer Service person Flo was responsive but for some reason, has stopped replying to us after two weeks of us trying to chase them down. It might be petty of us to ding her for 2 remotes but we've waited 4 weeks now and have not heard anything from them. It was very inconvenient when we were trying to prep and move into our new home. In fact, I think it's unprofessional of Gail to not ask the seller up front for ALL keys, remotes, etc. when initially accepting the property to be sold. If you enter escrow, make sure you ask for all devices, keys, etc. so you're not surprised at closing by her or her clients. read more

BEWARE: This woman first contacted me just a few weeks ago about my "cancelled" listing (I have never put my house up for sale) and will not let up - multiple emails and "alerts" (for which I have never signed up and have had to opt out of), telephone calls and voice mails (I have blocked all 3 numbers that she has used, although I'm sure that won't stop her), a useless printed "analysis" and several letters. She is extremely aggressive and I am beginning to suspect that there's some kind of scam going on. This review has been long overdue. Gail helped us find our dream home back in 2013. After months and months of looking at numerous houses, getting outbid multiple times, and looking at more houses, we finally found our home. I imagine we could've found a home faster if we took Gail's advice sooner, but it took some time for us to wrap our head around how competitive the market was. Even though it was a long process, Gail was always happy to show us the homes, she made it enjoyable rather then grueling after the umpteenth home we've looked at. I met Gail Rossetti at a social event and got to chatting. I let her know that I was casually interested in getting an investment property in Pacifica, and had been for years. Although she is more keenly focused in the Palo Alto area and all that stretches from the Silicon Valley through Redwood City (from what I've seen in the homes she's representing), she made it her business to inform herself and me about the Pacifica market. I had met several realtors in Pacifica at open houses I'd found on my own, but none made any effort to keep me informed past the current open house or perhaps one more that might have come on the market shortly thereafter.
