Greg was stellar as our buyers' agent and secured us a great home off market. He navigated the negotiations to land us our dream home in the perfect neighborhood and knew all the right questions to ask. His years of experience were evident and so appreciated. Highly recommend! read more

Highly Recommended - Exceptional Service from Greg Stange I worked with Greg Stange to sell my home at 285 Alta Vista Way in Daly City, CA, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Greg's expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From prepping the home to navigating negotiations, Greg was proactive, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. What truly set Greg apart was his genuine care and clear communication. I always felt informed, supported, and confident throughout each stage. Thanks to his strategic approach and dedication, the home sold quickly--and for a fantastic price. I've worked with Greg twice now and enthusiastically recommend to anyone needing a real estate agent! He is attentive, knows and understands what I want, and was fully supportive, particularly important as a first-time home buyer. For both homes, each process took under 1 month from the time I reached out to Greg to having an offer accepted. I never lost out on an offer I made. I know that's not typically the norm, but it may be for Greg as it has happened both times and shows his negotiation abilities. He is knowledgable, realistic, and trustworthy, and I can't recommend him enough. read more

I highly and enthusiastically recommend Real Estate agent Greg Stange. Greg saw me through the process of selling my home of 24 years, easing me into how the market was working, he gave me a tiered selling approach which reduced my stress level during the selling process. Once the sale was completed Greg worked on finding me the house of my dreams, asking me what was important to me in a house including the "must haves". He was very in tune to what i wanted and when I was becoming frustrated and willing to settle he would refocus me to what I found important. It was amazing how he knew when I was settling and redirected me, because of his professionalism and individualized approach he found me the house of my dreams. Greg goes above and beyond to ensure all of the right things happen for his clients. His incredible knowledge about real estate and his supportive approach I am and will be forever grateful l for all Greg has done for me. I highly endorse Greg and his wonderful team to all buyers and sellers!! read more

Greg is an incredible agent to work with. I've worked with 3-4 agents in the past, but never with someone like Greg. He is extremely hard working - he goes all in to find the best house, best deal for you. He does all the due diligence and more, constantly working with the selling agents to keep the buyer fully informed. He cares for you, and we are really lucky to have had the chance to work with him. read more

Greg was introduced to me by a common friend, someone in the investor/builder trade that worked with tons of agents...that person specifically connected me with Greg. I have now known Greg for about 3 yrs...in that timeframe I have come to deeply appreciate Greg as a bleeding edge....top .0000001% real estate agent. Greg is a breed apart as an agent. My proof points - I have submitted offers twice via Greg in Palo Alto...at the height of the seller's market. And in both times Greg has had my offer accepted. No competition. We paid a fair price given the going-ons, but nothing extraordinary. I'm convinced our offers were accepted because the Listing Agent & the Seller trusted Greg and that trust spread out on us as home buyers. Greg is the kind of superstar that gives you 100% of his attention. Instant Svc. Also, in our case Greg had his Contractor fix our home up before we moved in -- work started the day we closed, and we were able to move in 2 weeks later. Can you imagine having a great contractor available to work on your home in Palo Alto the day you close? All this takes massive relationships and expertise. Greg is absolutely unique...and the only agent that I recommend 1000,000% if you really need the best working for you. read more

Greg is both a magician and a superhero!! We had the pleasure of first working with Greg seven years ago when we were looking to purchase. He was able to secure an under asking offer an hour before an open house which was unheard of in Sillicon Valley. In July 2020, at the height of the pandemic, Greg sold our beloved home in 6 days and almost 200K over asking! I promise you will never find an agent that goes above and beyond like Greg Stange! read more

Greg has been efficient and resourceful. He took care of everything for us and made the whole process painless.

We are a young couple and first time buyer. We were so worried about everything, and Greg helped us out so much. He is a great negotiator, and he really understands what we need. He is on top of everything. He helped us finish all our paperwork in 2 weeks, and we found our dream house within 2 months. Highly recommended. We definitely go to Greg for any future real estate transactions. read more

Greg was simply fantastic! Super energy, great communication and collaboration, and perfect execution on the plan which wasn't at all easy because we got caught mid-Covid 19 lockdown. We especially appreciate that Greg and his team had resources to help us prepare our house for sale and look its best to capture the most value. Greg is not only a skilled professional who knows the business of real estate but he's a nice guy too. I highly recommend him. read more

Greg Stange helped me sell my house in record time at my ideal price and with zero hiccups. I could not be happier with my deal. I have to admit I almost skipped over his Yelp listing because his suit-wearing, cell phone toting photos look more slick and glamorous than down-to-earth and approachable. but maybe this is just how the big dogs roll. The nice thing about Greg is that I think he's definitely one of the big dogs, but as soon as you sit down with him you'll realize the he connects with you and devotes himself to you just as much if not more than the other realtors who are wearing fuzzy sweaters in their photos. I interviewed 3 other realtors the day I first spoke to Greg. With those other realtors, I had hour long meetings where each of them answered my exhaustive list of questions in great detail. I was pretty happy about this. But then I met with Greg--he didn't wait for me to ask--he launched into a 10 minute monologue, and by the end of it I found that he had already preempted answers to all the questions I had prepared--in 1/6 of the time. That left us with 50 more minutes to talk even more in depth about the deal--back up plans and negotiating plans and more detailed logistics. I was thrilled about this. This meeting foretold my experience for the rest of the deal. Greg was always 2 steps ahead and working at twice the speed with perfect precision. I could choose to be as involved as I wanted to, but I found myself feeling perfectly comfortable letting Greg do his magic. Just as Maverick is in the top percent of all naval aviators, Greg is deservedly (as he will not hesitate to proclaim himself) in the top 2% of realtors. Truly a different league in terms of professionalism, efficiency and negotiating talent. Yes, real talent here. But don't worry, unlike Maverick, Greg does not fly by the seat of his pants. He is rock solid and trustworthy. A perfect selling agent. read more

We had the most positive experience with Greg Stange! Greg was professional, knowledgeable about the real estate market, and guided us through the entire process of selling our home. He was respectful and listened to all our concerns. Greg was on top of things every step of the way, as he supervised, inspected, and completed the repairs within the promised timeline. He is a man of his words. We highly recommend his services! read more

Greg represented us in a recent property purchase in Palo Alto. Throughout the process, we got consistent help and advice to make the deal happen and proceed smoothly. He aggressively pursued the opportunity and made us stand out among all the buyers. Needless to say about the hot market and the competition among buyers. But finally we won. BTW, we are not someone who will bid blindly to the property. We attributed the success in a large part to Greg's superb execution in the end to end process. Post COE, we also got valuable advice from Greg on how we can improve the property and get the most of it. This clearly distinguished him from other agents. Greg's immense knowledge, high dedication to client, superior execution, and gentle and valuable advice are all the things we really enjoyed. read more

Greg did a good job representing us as a buyer agent. We trusted him when making critical decisions!

Greg was fantastic with helping me find a place. It only took about 3 weeks of looking for me to find the perfect home and location. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. read more

Greg was excellent. He worked with me over several years to find a home that was just right. I started out casually looking, had a very specific list of criteria, and was willing to wait for the right place in a competitive market. He was patient during the search and when that place did show up, sealed the deal and then helped guide me through the close. He even helped arrange a contractor to get some minor work done before moving in. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

Greg knows very well the real estate market, the players involved and what it is needed to close the deal. He is a very detail oriented person and almost instantaneously follows-up on the closure of every action taken. He put up our Palo Alto house on sale last April and we sold it in a week with multiple offers. Greg was of tremendous help to us. He is a results driven professional, a very pleasant and a great person to work with. He is an excellent Real Estate professional. Without hesitation we recommend Greg for any Real Estate - residential or commercial - transaction. Alex G., Palo Alto - 650 380 1493 read more

I highly (highly!) recommend Greg. He is one of the most hardworking professionals I have ever met. In selling our house in the peninsula, Greg went above and beyond the call of duty. He was always available and responded to our calls and e-mails almost immediately. We were able to sell our home---which was not in showing condition---in record time and without stress. We were extremely lucky to have worked with Greg and his team. I can't express how grateful we are for his hardwork and professionalism. read more

My wife and I were relocating from the east coast to the bay area and Greg was recommended to me by a close friend. Given the logistical hurdles involved in house hunting cross-country I feel so fortunate to have had come in contact with Greg. In one word, working with Greg is simply AMAZING. He knows the market inside and out and is a true partner throughout the house hunting and buying process. He provides great advice and is able to quickly hone in on your needs and what would work best for you. He is then able to prioritize listings so that you're never wasting your time and always focusing on the right properties. Where Greg truly shines however is in his service. He is always available by email, text and over the phone and responds to every little question you may have with lightning speed. We only had 3 days (over two trips) to house hunt and Greg went above and beyond by showing us 55 houses in such a short timespan. When we finally found a house we fell in love with, Greg worked his talents to make sure that we were coming in with a competitive offer and we were ultimately successful in getting the very first house we bid on. My wife and I are now living in our dream house. Greg made it happen. If you want to work with an 'A+' player work with Greg. Simple as that. read more

Greg was a pleasure to work with for my first home purchase. He is always on top of every new listing that surfaced in the area, and has at his disposal a full range of tools to push listing on a daily automated basis to his potential clients. I was looking for a new home for a few months, and as I gained more comfort and familiarity with the data Greg provided daily, when my eventual home surfaced on the market, Greg helped me move incredibly fast and I was in contract within hours on that particular home. Greg is also very well connected in the Bay area and often times knows every party at the table and was able to push along my interests and needs in the face of competing offers. I would highly recommend Greg for your future home hunting needs! read more

I absolutely adore Greg! He's the best realtor we've ever had. My hubby and I had been searching for a large lot along the peninsula for over 3 YEARS! After numerous offers with another agent that never can to fruition, my sister recommended Greg to us. He called us one morning and told us about a house in Belmont. We packed up our twins, went to go look at it, made an offer and within 3 hours we were in contract! He did so much to help us during the entire process. This is the 3rd home we've purchased in the bay and I can honestly say that Greg made it the easiest buy we've ever had, even with some of the escrow hiccups. Definitely would recommend! I highly recommend using Greg Stange as your agent. We got the first house we put an offer on. I think a big part was Greg's relentlessness in negotiating with the seller's agent. There were multiple offers, we were not the highest, and overall we only bid 2.5% over the asking price which can be low in this market. Greg has also been very educational and helpful throughout the process as we are first-time buyers. He helped push the loan process through smoothly and quickly. read more

Really great experience working with Greg to sell our home! We live 2 hours away and time and efficiency (and of course getting the most of our sale) was quite important to us. We spent the weekend interviewing realtors, and Greg had us sold. He was straightforward and laid it all down in 15 minutes. He didn't mess with all this "social-media-to-advertise-your-house" nonsense the other realtors were trying to sell us on for an hour. Bottom line, he delivered and it was the most painless house sell/buy experience we've had. read more

Greg helped us in purchasing a house in Menlo Park in early of this year. Greg is an agent who have extraordinary market knowledge and possess strong negotiation skills. No matter you are a buyer or seller, he is a straight shooter who will work hard to make sure that you get the best value! We worked with few agents, and we realized that a right and good realtor is by far the most important actor when buying a house in such overheated market. We strongly recommend Greg as your realtor agent: First: Greg is an excellent real estate professional and he is a very pleasant and a genuinely great person to work With Second: As a buyer's agent, he clears who he is and what he stands for, he always makes the right trusted advisor for us. Third: As usual, agents collect clients' requirements through conversation, Greg has an ability to understand what we were looking for and the lines we would alternatively accept. (believe me not many agents possess this ability. ) therefor, he didn't waste our time with houses we wouldn't want. For our case, he even found an off-market house for us, and we like it and made it! Forth: Greg was very specific about what we needed to bit to win a house but he won't push to top up the price. he Usually advised a competitive price ( he was right on in most case) but respect us to put an offer with our comfortable price. also he worked with the selling agent to gain as much information as possible so that buyers could make an offer the seller would accept, which we were very impressive! Fifth: His service didn't end after we closed on the house, he was still there to offer his valuable help and guidance for the move into the new house. And More...... ...... read more

I highly recommend Greg. A friend of mine referred Greg and actually Greg highly exceeded my expectations, he went above and beyond. He made the whole process of buying a house very smooth, and easy. With his experience in looking for a decent house, suggestions, and negotiating to win the house. The house I bought was a hot house with multiple people putting offers, Greg knew what kind of terms and what price to put to win the house. He also has a great circle of friends. One more thing he is very responsive. He is the best. read more

I've listed two properties with Greg Stange (in San Carlos and Palo Alto). I'm a real estate investor and I've worked with and know MANY real estate agents. Greg is by far the best agent I've worked with. He goes above and beyond what any "normal" agent would even consider doing. For both houses I've sold with Greg he came up with great design ideas to maximize value and minimize cost, he managed my contractor and visited the house almost every day to check progress. Greg is aggressive in a good way. He is an absolute beast when it comes to marketing your property and negotiating with other agents for the best price. He is also adept at determining top market value and makes it his personal quest to achieve that sales price. Another key thing is Greg is extremely accessible on responsive to all forms of communication (calls, email, texts). In a real estate market like the Bay Area this is hugely important. Finally, I have found repeatedly that good people work with other good people. They don't tolerate sub-par performance. Greg is no exception and his team is great, whether people in-house or his Title company folks, stagers, photographers, etc. Just a top shelf operation all around. read more

Greg helped me buy my condo in a very competitive environment in 2018. It took me almost 2 years to find what I was looking for. Greg was great throughout the entire process - very patient, finding places that met my needs, digging up off market opportunities, and adjusting to my changing requirements. He was super responsive over email and text, and very punctual for private showings. He had a great sense for the market dynamics and helped me beat out an all-cash offer with a 21-day close! Greg also has a top notch team he works with. I used his loan agent and got an exceptional rate. And his contractor did an excellent job with renovations. Greg was our agent for the last 3 or 4 months getting my dream house. I can honestly say after buying 5 houses here in california over a period of many years that Greg is the best agent I have ever had. He went the distance with me and my hopefully spouse to be. We were very particular and had a very specific set of things that were required for us to be happy. What impressed me about Greg over other agents? He was very specific about what I needed to bid to win the house. In this overheated market that is an important thing. In most cases he was right on. We did not overbid. He didn't waste our time with houses we wouldn't want. He understood what we were looking for. He worked with the selling agent to gain as much information as possible so we could make an offer the seller would accept. He worked with us to convince the seller we were the couple to sell the house to. In the end when we had an offer on one house already accepted and found a second house that we loved Greg helped us win that house and cancel the offer we had won on the other house without penalty. We tied with the final bid on the other house but the seller gave us the house. Then as we worked through the closing process with the banks and the seller he helped keep the seller calm even as the banks delayed the closing. The house we ultimately chose is beyond my wildest dreams of what I thought I could get or afford at this point. This is truly the best house of the 5 houses I've bought. It would never have happened without Greg. I am telling you this guy will help you find and win your dream home. read more

The reviews were spot on, and Greg is nothing short of amazing. I think he replied to all of my emails within an hour -- sometimes within a few minutes -- and he helped my wife and me buy our dream home for a great price in a housing market that heavily favors sellers. I loved working with Greg, I'll definitely work with him the next time that I need to buy or sell a house, and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a great real estate agent. read more
