One thing that really stands out about Lori is how ethical she is. We've done a few transactions in Palo Alto and I've learned to take what most agents say with a grain of salt. I know this because I once bought a property from her through a different buying agent! Another thing I like about Lori is her constant and detailed communication. When selling a multi-million dollar home, I expect to hear all updates immediately.
