Cheryl came highly recommended from the National Association of Exclusive Buyer's Agents, whom we'd reached out to for a referral in San Francisco. Cheryl just helped my husband and I buy our first home - THANK YOU CHERYL!! It's going to be hard for me to fully describe what an awesome realtor she is, so I will just give you some examples: - Being first-time buyers, we bombarded her daily with a million questions (many of them truly basic stuff) and she patiently answered each of them, either herself or when she didn't know the answer, by referring us to someone more knowledgeable. Cheryl came highly recommended to me by the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents as well as Yelp. One word summarizes my first-time home buying experience with her: "Amazing!" At our initial meeting, she was easy to talk to and hands-on and I was confident she would look after my best interests. She kept me up to date with listings and showed me homes on tour. I liked touring homes with her because she would take the time to point out areas of homes that could be updated or repaired. When it came time to put offers in for homes, she candidly discussed their pros/cons, summarized disclosure packets, and appropriately advised me on an offer amount based on comps. I am sure that a lot of the people that post reviews have had a lot of experience with real estate agents but my wife and I didn't. We have owned our home for 43 years and this is our first experience with a real estate agent (Let alone our first Yelp posting) and Cheryl exceeded our expectations in every way. I wish there were more stars as Cheryl is, by all measurements, the most professional, precise, imaginative agent I have ever met. I was selling a 70 year old home in San Carlos and the house needed a lot of upgrades to market it to the general public. Cheryl took and different tack and marketed the home to developers only. This cut the time and, as we discovered, almost eliminated the need for a loan as the developers had "ALL CASH!" I first contacted Cheryl when we were thinking about buying a place in SF almost 6 years ago!
