We had to sell our house in a hurry from out of state because I had to move for a job on short notice. We had an old house in very expensive neighborhood (Los Altos Hills), so it required a lot of work to get it sale-worthy and deal with all the disclosures and such, but we couldn't skimp on preparation because a lot of money was at stake. Connie arranged everything quickly - all the maintenance and cleaning and walked us through 100+ pages of disclosures (really) and some minor repairs and got it listed quickly, all while we never had to return to CA. She held two open houses on successive weekends and got us multiple offers after only the second week. Finally, we had some trouble with the buyer's lenders so Connie went the extra mile to help work with a second lender (including revisiting the house as well as even dealing with the person who sold us the house a few years before). We just downsized. Connie Miller's mastery of the real estate business is what made that happen. And she is a pure pleasure to work with. We had been at our old house for just about 30 years. First time home buyer here. For me, my home buying experience had some time constraints and I didn't exactly know what I wanted in a house. I was referred to Connie and met with her on a Friday afternoon and explained my situation. By the next day Connie had created a multi-house tour with my general criteria for me to go and explore various open houses on my own. I saw something like 17 houses that weekend and after that was able to articulate what I wanted and didn't want in a house. I contrast this experience with a realtor I met before Connie. This realtor didn't want me to go and see houses unless he was present too.
