This is my second watch purchase from Bromberg's and won't be my last (not to mention they also did a great servicing on my lady's Omega DeVille). I can't thank Amy enough or overstate how great of a customer service experience that she created for me.

I learned they've been in business for over 35 years, with most of it in Hoover. I was offered a couple options for repair, and having chosen a the same type of spring ring clasp, the repair took only a few minutes. I enjoyed chatting with the owner for a few minutes. They made sure to clean the repaired piece, and they even cleaned my own rings while I waited. Super service and a great option instead of the big jewelry store chains, and much closer for me! Note: I purposely didn't include any pictures of the interior, etc. I also didn't want to include pictures of any inventory that I wasn't purchasing. I want the owners to be able to share that if they are comfortable. If I had purchased something more interesting than a clasp, I would have been happy to post it. Just know that you will not be disappointed with your shopping experience or any pieces you may select.
