He comes of as brusque but that is the nature of his homeland. I have broughtultiple watches into be repaired and he worked magic on each. Twice a watch stopped working after he worked on it and he re repaired both at no additional cost. I have even given him a Rolex which was returned working perfect. read more

I took my watch in to have it checked out and he destroyed my watch oyster perpetual Rolex I came looking for the person I talked to and instead I got a old man who has a very bad attitude and didn't know what he was doing I am going back to talk to the young man I spoke with to get compensation for my watch or get it fixed if not my attorney will contact them and a lawsuit will be filled because these man should not be tampering with any watch that is of value I really think he did it intentionally very rude and has poor social skills this was a very expensive watch read more

Visited this shop to see about having a watch repaired [older vintage Tag F1]. Watch ran nicely in the past, I had changed out the hands & couldn't get it running again. I've been a watch guy for years & have tool kits & often fix / swap out parts on my watches myself. Had gotten frustrated messing with this one so figured I'd let someone else try. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that it was closer to the end of the day, however I found him to be very rude & the quote he gave me for the repair was ridiculous. While taking a look at my watch, he tore up the ziploc jewelry pouch I had it stored in, which I found to be very frustrating b/c it was perfect size to keep the watch in till I had it was running again, & those bags aren't easy to find. I declined repair service b/c of the quoted price. He was willing to accept an offer I made for an old dive watch he had in the showcase, which I purchased spur of the moment bc I can't stand not wearing a watch & needing something to hold me over. Genuine watch repair shops that aren't big box jewelers are few & far between so i'll give him credit for that as well, but overall the service was not good enough that I would likely return. read more

Took a watch in for a caseback gasket change because the one in the watch was old, cracked, and broken, the owner stressed the fact that my watch was defective and no longer had water resistance because it is so old and the pusher gaskets are worn out. i took the watch home to inspect his work an the OLD gasket was still in place. He charged me $5.00, did nothing to my watch and gave me advice to never get it wet. he also scuffed up my caseback while trying to polish it, without asking me if I even wanted it done! I am a watch and clock collector and if I want a patina and/or finish altered I will either ask for it or do it mysef!!! Little did this man know he was working on a very rare and collectible watch. I do not advise anyone to visit this shop for any sort of watch or clock work. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

I just stumbled onto this jerks site while looking for a watch repair shop . I feel like I really should warn others away from this horrible person. My mother and I,a couple years ago , had two gold watches that needed batteries. He quoted us a price of around 13 dollars. He brought our watches back out and said he was charging more because it more complicated than he thought it would be. HUH??? when we inspected our watches, mine had a dent in the back and my mothers had huge scratch on the back. He stood there staring at us . We should have called my husband but were just glad to be out of that store. He intimidated us into paying 17 dollars for two batteries and damaging our gold watches. I personally think in my own humble opinion that this store is only a front. There NEVER seems to be any customers, so how does he pay for rent and utilities? Pretty please go somewhere else for watch repair. And take your husband. read more
