Typically pub environment with plenty of televisiins available for watching whatever game or match is playing. The the service is a bit slow. The wings were delicious and there were many sauces to choose from. I ordered 3 sauces on the side and only liked the bbq as the honey garlic was pure garlic and the pineapple curry was just too sweet. BEWARE: the "mozzarella" sticks are NOT made with mozzarella! Mozzarella is a more dense, pulls/strings with melted cheese. Came in to watch the hockey game and was stuck with dealing with the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. I'm not hard to please, I've never argued with an employee before until now. Will I ever return? Meh...maybe? There are many other places to eat and watch a game and not have a ridiculous debate whether a game is on or not. I organized a staff party at roscos for my co workers and I. The girls answering the phone made it very easy to book the upstairs. All that was required was a $50 damage deposit that I picked up the next day. The upstairs looks great and I believe was recently redone. Our server was fantastic and definitely made our night that much more enjoyable. read more

Came here for the first time last night. I recently moved to the Hat from Vancouver and this was the first pub I have been to. We were greeted right away and got a menu within a couple minutes. We got our drinks fast too. The waitress did take a little longer then we would like to come back and order food, but it was busy and all the waitresses were running around doing their job and not just standing around, so we understood why it was taking a little bit longer. Our waitress was apologetic and even said "sorry for my crappy service today." I appreciated that she realizes that we were not getting the best service, but still trying to please us. My boyfriend and I got wings and a side salad. Wings were cooked well and the salad was tasty, although a little on the small side of portion sizes. The only complaint was our waitress asked my boyfriend if he wanted a water, he said yeah, but then was forgotten. The waitress then noticed she never grabbed the water and apologized. Lots of tables in this place for Med Hat, big and small groups could fit here perfectly. Will come by again. read more

The food is is really not that good. The atmosphere is dark and dingy a the service is mediocre. The place have got to be one of the dirtiest restaurants that I have very been too, and if the front end is that gross the kitchen must be disgusting. Don't eat here if you value your health. read more

Rossco's used to be one of my favourite places to go on a Saturday. My friends and I would often go for wings and drinks. But in the last few years the price of Rossco's wings has nearly doubled. The wings are good, but not that good. The atmosphere is dingy, although they are renovating. My wife has also had some of their wraps. They used to use real chicken in the wraps, but now it's all processed and definitely does not taste as good. read more

Went there on a Friday night for wing and it was busy. We got a table and sat there looking what to order. Told the waitress we need another minute she snapped and asked told us to order drinks. Some freidns came they didnt get a drink order or menu for 20 mins.she forgot to put our wing order in the bartender had to bring our drinks. When we got our wings they forgot to bring us ranch was told to share the one we had there was 5 of us. I used to really enjoy going to Rosscos; however, lately their service is terrible. Sat down and after 10 minutes had to go to the bar to place a drink order. It turns out that our waitress was too busy sitting at another table with friends to bother with us. Their menu has shrunk and although they claim great new foods, their quality has drastically decreased. Far better places to go for a night out. read more

I would give Rossco`s a higher rating, but this is another pub in Medicine Hat, that does not realize the customer surfs the net while waiting for a beer or meal. Wifi should be the norm, not the exception. Even a smaller pub across the river supplies wifi to it`s customers, it`s about time Rossco`s did. read more

Absolutely worst service we ever had! The food was good ( compliments to the cooks) but the waitress service was awful! They were rude and ignorant and barely ever came to see how we were doing. We waited 20 mins for a drink refill needless to say we wont be going back there. There waitresses needs to take customer service training or something! read more
